I was at the bookstore yesterday reading Toy Review, a toy magazin out there for those that dont know. Well, i was checking the TMNT priceguide just for the heck of it and when i looked at the new line of toys (2002-present), i noticed something interesting. That had already listed some figs that are not even out yet!
They had listed, the Utroms, Guardian, All of the Mystics (so earth, water, etc.), Quarry, Clone shredder, both Triceratons, silver sentry and the fugitoid!!!. THose are the ones I can remember, and they had them being listed at $10, which all of the figures are supposedly worth. They were listed in red which means the figure has recently gone up in price, or commonly, when a figure is brand new to the market. So I wonder if these will be the next figs to come, including the much sought after Quarry. Interestingly enough, that Leo vs Trex was not listed, at least i dont think it was....hmm, so what do ya think??

Thats interesting. Usually toy magazines wont put new figures in until they are at least a few months old. Everything will be listed at $10. They are not a worth a penny more than for what you purchase them in the stores. however, I have seen Hun at $15 before.

Exactly...normally it takes forever to see the latest wave in the mags..so to see SO MANY of these figures already listed got me wondering...

I saw that too, but can it be possible that Toy Review just doesn't know what they're talking about?

Yea, it could be possible...strange mistake to make though, considering how many figures they posted...

I wouldn't put too much thought into this, they knew which figures were going to be released this year, and know what all the previous figures have been worth immediately after being released, so they just listed them in anticipation of their release.
For that matter, Toy Review is well known for making mistakes pretty frequently(and despretely need a better editor, there are spelling mistakes and other editing mistakes in there every month).
