job for the kuncklehead one

Yesterday I watched return of the fly ep and I thought it was odd when Shredder had no pants when Shredder said he has a job for the knucklehead. How did that happen. Then after that his pants appeared again. Was that Goof intentional. I wonder if parents would have complained about that.

Quiz in that ep guess who said send the knuncklehead to the spider to the fly (or something like that)
