I spotted the new wave at my Wal-Mart today. I saw both Triceraton figures, a Silver Sentry, a Fugitoid and a Guardian. Also present were two of the Space Hoppin' figs. I didn't pick any up, yet, though. If they'd had an Utrom, though, I'd have snatched it right up. Anyone else found them yet?
BTW, I am located in Southern Oregon, and until now I always seemed to be the last one to find some figures.
edit: Antrax saw them too.

The last thing I saw here was the Space Hoppin' Turtles... so Massachusettes will get them... ehh... bout the turn of the next century... maybe I can actually afford them by then!

As far as I know, the following figures have not been released:
Shredder Clone w/ 4 Arms
Shredder Clone w/ Claws
Dr. Malignus
Utrom
Leo vs. T-Rex
They should hopefully be shipping in the next wave.

Maybe they are just splitting the wave into two boxes like last wave?

Four Arm Shredder
Articulation-peg joints: neck, each elbow, waist, and hips
Each arm slightly differs direction of it's joint. The bottom ones rotate keeping it's mostly straight pose. The upper ones have more of a pounding action. The hips are posed to move forward much like Casey's as opposed to the Tech Ninja.
Sculpt-I prefer figures that at least resemble its cartoon likeness. As far as I remember, this is as close as Playmates likes to make them. The arms lack singular movement and are attached too far from its body. There are 4 screws and a button on its back, which really bugs me. At least the action button is not as big as most others. Other than that, the figure fit's nicely with the rest of them.
Action Feature-Its action feature is triggered by a small button on its back. When pressed, it's upper arms (only when positioned forward) move into a bear hug position. They move from about 2.25 to 1 inch apart. It doesn't work well for it's lower arms. Since the arms are attached together to make the feature work, it loses a lot of regular movement.
Paint-Except for the gauntlets that are unpainted in certain places where it's skin and the metal meet, the paint is perfect.
Accessories-The figure comes with four swords as accessories. They have black grips and the rest glows in the dark. He does not look half bad holding them and at least he didn't get a projectile of some sort.
From 1-10, 9 being my current favorite. I give this one a 7.
Guardian Ninja
Articulation-peg joints: neck, biceps, waist, and hips. ball jointed shoulders
This is the only figure in this wave(so far) with ball jointed shoulders. That would be great except his coat restricts most of its movement unless you move his coat far above his shoulders that look bad in most angles. The hips are posed to move forward much like Casey's.
Sculpt-When I first saw him, I could tell he was way too small. He is as tall as Armorized Shredder(without his helmet) and has a much smaller head.
Paint-There is not much to paint on this figure and it was not done properly. Some of the squares on his wrists aren't colored completely. There is extra paint around the chain of the Utrom emblem. There are unpainted edges on is glasses and of his facial hair. I would have preferred paint on his arms to look like his coat(as it was before) but instead it is the color of his shirt.
Accessories-The figure comes with a removable plastic(similar to Turtle Titan’s) coat and a spear as tall as he is. The spear looks similar to the one used by one of the gladiators from space. The blade glows in the dark. The only weapon I wanted was a sword that is the only weapon I remember him using. Hopefully I can find one to replace it.
I give this one a 6 mainly for it's small size and it's missing his sword.
Silver Sentry
Articulation-peg joints: neck, shoulders, waist, and hips
I fail to see a reason that most of these figures don't have ball joint shoulders. Also wrists, not much of a change but moving wrists would make a huge difference. The hips are triangular, much like the Tech Ninja. I'm not a fan of these kinds of hips but I like the fact that when standing, he can keep his legs straight instead of one in front of the other.
Sculpt-This is a great sculpt. His size and super hero look fits nicely next to the Turtle Titan. The lack of action feature and "artistic rights" applied is very welcome.
Paint-I can't see a flaw in paint on the figure. It doesn't need much anyway.
Accessories-The figure comes with a glow in the dark staff and shield. I'm not sure what to think of these weapons. It's a matter of opinion, I'm keeping them in my box full of projectiles etc. I would have preferred a mechanical bug, hopefully included with the Dr.
I give this one an 8. Just for the sculpt, this is a great figure. Ball jointed shoulders and moving wrists as well as a bug would have made it a 10.
Fugitoid
Articulation-peg joints: neck, wrists and hips. The shoulders are similar to the joints used in the 88' turtles legs. The arms and legs are made of soft bendable plastic which allows great movement but easily returns to its regular position. One of the fingers on each hand has some sort of joint. It keeps it from opening to far. It is probably ment to make his gear fit better and it helps him hold weapons like the Guardian's spear.
Sculpt-looks just like the fugitoid. No action feature or accessory modifications to ruin the sculpt.
Paint-The only paint on this is the eyes and mouth. The paint is very close to the edges all around. Even the accessory seems perfectly painted.
Accessories-The figure comes with some sort of backpack. The pack clips on to his torso without any dents to help it fit. It holds on very well and some pressure is needed to remove it. The machine gun looking attachment as a ball inside that his fingers are used to grip it. The other attachment uses something something similar except it has a wire across the center so two fingers fit under and one above. The wire connects a spring loaded jaw similar to the Mouser's.
I give this one a 9. Ball Jointed shoulders/hips would have made this figure perfect.
Triceraton Warrior
Articulation-peg joints: neck, shoulders, hips and tail.
Sculpt-This figure is huge. It has much better muscle defenition than most of these figures. The horns are made of a harder plastic so it doesn't bend easily. The tail was detached to fit in the package better and I found it hard to attach it(running it under hot water would maki it easy but make sure no one is taking a shower).
Paint-Can't find any paint slips.
Accessories-The figure comes with a big missle launcher. It attaches to his right shoulder only when his arm is extended. The eyepiece is removable and looks great either way. There is a small button near the base of the launcher that shoots a missle. The helmet is removable and stays on very well. It looks like paint on one clear plastic piece.
I give this one a 9. Again, ball jointed shoulders and wrists would have made this figure perfect.
General Mozar
Articulation-peg joints: neck, shoulders, right wrist, hips and tail.
Sculpt-This figure is huge. He is as big as Hun and doesn't have any action features or the screw holes. His tail was also detached. It was a lot easier to get it atached that the Triceraton Warrior.
Paint-There are a few places where the paint could have been applied better. The paint on the belt and thigh strap rubs off easily.
Accessories-The figure comes with a gun projectile. He holds it from the back handle. He can also use the front one but it looks kind of weird. There is a small button near the "trigger" that shoots a missle. The helmet is removable and stays on very well. It is smaller than the Triceraton Warrior's and the holes for the horns are further appart so they can't use each other's helmet without bending the horns.
I give this one a 9. Again, ball jointed shoulders and wrists would have made this figure perfect.

It wasn't very hard to make it. Maybe if I knew how to sow it would have turned out better. It did take a while to remove the stitching though.
I had a broken-tailed Spinter with slightly ripped kimono so I bought a second. I used the first kimono on the new Splinter. When I saw the robo-Splinter in an episode, I asked Playmates for a kimono for the one that ripped. I saw a broken tailed Splinter in an eBay lot and when I asked the seller if it was just disconnected, he said it was broken and gave me the lot for free. I super glued both tails and now I have two complete kimono Splinters and a naked one with the Toddler Turtles.

Antrax, does The triceriton soldier look like Zog? I see that you added more pictures on your gallery. Can you add some face shots maybe? Your pictures are what is helping me cope with the fact that the new line hates new englanders! and I may be extreamly jelous of all you californians, but im glad we found a nice one who rubs it in our faces with helpful pictures, and a review!

The Triceraton figure has 2 small scars on each eye and Zog only has them on his left one. The scars are not very noticable so painting it's left scars would probably help the look. Zog's skin is yellow so you would need to paint him too.
My camera is kind of blurry especialy close-up so I had to take them small to increase clarity.

I just bought the new TMNT (Fugitoid, Gardian, 4 armed shredder clone, and the triceratons, but left silver sentry.....maybe later) and they are ok...i think i like huneycutt best.....with his old style ball joint sholders, wrist and head and leg articulation...followed by the Triceratons....love the bulk and sculpt...then 4 arm.....he's just cool dispite the actoin feature. my leat fave is the gaurdian who to me looks like a bk kids meal toy....small and mispainted....his sleaves are not the same color as the rest of the jacket....like it should be...but he looks even goofier with out it....and he has chicken legs.....and chunky paint on the hands...just aweful....i'll have to get silver sentry...if just to complete the wave....
I bought sentry...like him alot.....he's an awesome superhero...and a welcome addition to my collection....now for my jazz up of my guardian i took blade's leather jacket and put it on him....what do u think...

i think i got a helmet mistake.....i have 2 triceraton wariors and the General....and i think i got 2 general helmets and one soldier helmet....the general's helmet will fit the soldier....just forses his horns outta shape....but the oposite isn't true....the general can't wear the one odd helmet....should i ask playmates for a replacement, or just live with the slightly angeld horns of my triceraton??

Yeah, that happened to me too. I bought the Triceraton Warrior at my Target, but got home and the helmet didn't fit at all. I'll just wait to see Mozar if I can just switch the helmets. But I got the Guardian Ninja and other than the fact that he only comes with a Glow-in-the-dark Axe thingy, he is a pretty good figure. I can't wait until Usagi comes out, he is my favorite.

I found the Guardian today at Wal-Mart, but none of the other new ones. I guess I must've just missed them. Kind of disappointing, because I want the Triceratons, Fugitoid, and the 4 arm Shredder clone more. But the Guardian is still a pretty good figure, I can't complain. At least they gave him balljointed shoulders, though the coat really restricts their movement.

I cannot wait! I really hope I get Gaurdian Ninja/Fugitoid together. Silver Sentry is the only one that won't really blend well in the sewer. (hes not a friend to the turtles, just turtle titan) I am really excited for getting this whole wave. Utrom is coming out too! That will be great! Then by the time I get all of them, Usagii will be out in the fall. Yes!

I found all the new figs except for the Utroms. I picked up the triceratons, fugitoid, and guardian ninja. i'm debating about even getting the clone shredder. The Utrom was second on my list, under Fugitoid. Oh well, another time I guess. I only had enough $ for 4 of 'em. I saw one foot tech, too. I wish I could have gotten that one. I'm going to be broke for a while. I still have a lot more buying to do. I buy doubles and they released like 10 figures . Plus I want to buy multiple Utrom, Triceraton Soldiers, and Foot Techs.

Yes they've hit the east coast(I'm in PA), but as usual finding things depends on the area. I think someone at Wal-Mart is messing with my mind, I found the Guardian on Wednesday but nothing else new, and 4-armed Shredder there last night but nothing else new. And my TRU still hasn't gotten the Battle Bike Turtles yet(I'm not getting them anyway, but I'm still watching to see when they come in).
And my Target finished their reset, but put out nothing new but the Leo vs. T-Rex set.
