What's up with the General Discussion fourms? How come they keep getting locked, I've noticed there's three of them and none of them can be used. What happened? I'd like to talk about other stuff but can't because General is locked and off-topic discussions aren't allowed anywhere else except General. Can a new one be opened?

There is an off-site General Discussions Forum link somewhere around here. They were locked because Krang got flooded with complaints about them.
