MY tape for 88-89 season (THE FIRST RECORDED TAPE), see the best ep in 88 season forum to see my comment. I just wanted to post this in a seperate posting since all this was not related to season 88 and I have some questions on air dates- These ones: Ep guides say that Michelangelo's birthday, Pizza by the shred and the BIG trilogy aired february 1990 is that true. recently tvtome changed the airdates of the big triology from november 1989 to february 1990, but left michelangelo's birthday, pizza by the shred in november. ep guides say that the missing map and the gang's all here aired may 1990 and the gybrix aired mid July 1990. IS THAT TRUE THAT WOULD MAKE ABSOLUTLY NO SENSE TO AIR MISSING MAP, THE GANG's ALL HERE AND THE GYBRIZ AFTER THE BIG BLOW OUT.

I would have to back ep guides more than tvtome and ninja turtles website that shows where the eps aired in order. Epguides and ninjaturtles.com says that the Turtle tracks aired december 28, 1987, enter the shredder aired December 29, 1987, A thing about rats aired December 30, 1987, Hot rodding teenagers aired Decemuber 31, 1987 and shredder and splintered aired January 1, 1987, while Ep guides say Turtle tracks aired December 10, 1987, Enter the shredder 12-11-87, thing about rats 12-12-87, hot rodding 12-13-87, shredder splintered 12-14-87. DID season 2 eps air saturdays because a lot of ep guides now say return of th shredder aired october 1, 1988, they must have aired the first 5 eps before return of the shredder. ep guide has no listings of the airdates for Plan 6 from outer space, as well as all the eps before Dimension X Story, since I now know that was the first ep on ABC and it aired on SEptember 1, 1990 right?

This is about which airdates for eps are correct. because is epguides right. some sights like paraz( that lists cartoon shows) and tvtome lists different airdates. I am trying to find out the correct airdates for some of these eps and am telling a what may be the possible answer of which episode guide is accurate because my tapes have the eps in a certain order. check my listings of which ep I have in each recorded tape. Sorry I am hard to understand, but this question of what ep aired after what is hard to ask.

my original tapings from 1989 are similar to yours. I know you are on the money for the first five eps... sky turtles was definitely the second episode aired in 89. I think they aired it out of order. I could probably get a pretty good 1989 airdate list by looking at my tapes.
Unfortunately my original 1990 episode tapings were taped over.
From 1991 on, it is easy to know the airing order. '89 and '90 are the tough ones.

It probably varied by network in the order they aired too. It was airing on Fox at the time and Fox isn't really the best for remaining constant in what they show in each branch. For example, the new show isn't airing in all parts of USA.

actually it was being shown in syndication. While some cities had it on the fox network, other cities such as mine had it on a different network. It could have possibly varied the air dates, i'm not sure. I didn't have internet way back then to see if everyone got the same episode.
