Did all the mutant toys made it to the toon?

Well I want to know this cause I haven't seen all the episodes of the classic toon and i know must of you in here have, which makes me wanna ask :P , I've seen alot of characters in cartoon form but as you may know not all characters from a toyline make it .Was TMNT an exception? If not who would you have wanted to see in the toon? And if so...WOW :o :lol:

Oh, I almost thought TMNT was going to be an exception. But I know it had a huge roster of mutants.
