How the heck does Donnie fit the invetions such as that blimp out of the sewer????? :-?

If memory serves... they had a large sewer grate opening thing in the side of a small cliff/bluff for the Turtle Van, and they seemed to park the blimp on random buildings. On at least one occasion, I think in the episode Sky Turtles, Don "just happens" to have parked the blimp on a conviniently close building.

all right thanks JDavis! you really did make me crack up with the Donnie thing though.... i love it how that happens! but how did they get the materials? and how did Don get the stuff to make the blimp fly?

Well, I believe they get the materials/technology from Baxter Stockman's lab. Also, I think the Turtle Van starts its life as Baxter Stockman's van.

yeah, the Turtle Van was once Baxter's van. Don converted it into the Turtle Van in Baxter's workshop located in his apartment. Then later on Don went back to Baxter's apartment and created the Turtle Blimp with the stuff he found there.


After that, who knows where the shell Donatello got the stuff to make the Cheapskate, the Retrocatapult, the Sewer Tubes, and especially those transdimensional portals.

One thing I noticed is that in the old show Donnie didn't have much techno stuff until the whole April/Foot/Shredder/Technodrome madness started. Then he started making all kinds of gadgets and stuff. In the new show however, the TMNT were living their normal lives before they ever met April, the Foot and whatnot, and Don had already invented the Sewer Slider and the Shell Cell.
