Bobble head Commander Mozar! Are all the figures this way?

My Commander Mozar figure's head is loose and bobble when I move him, are all of the Mozar figures this way or just mine?

Hey guys, II know I haven't been on for awhile but my computer crashed. Anyway, I still haven't seen any new TMNT figs here. And I really want the Triceratons! I hope I find them soon.
