Did I miss a notice of cancellation on the Foot Mystics? I haven't heard hide nor hair of them for a long time.

I haven't heard that they were cancelled. I sure hope not, I'm waiting for the others to come out. It doesn't make sense that they would just make the Fire Mystic and not the others, but we'll see.
I believe Playmates are working on another Mystic. I am not sure which one. Wind, perhaps, but don't take my word for it. But they are going to release another, or were the last I heard.

The list that surfaced around the beginning of the year had all of the foot mystics listed for Q4 2004...Earth, Wind, Water, and Metal.
Really, it's a no brainer for PM. The already have the moulds, all they have to do is alter the "element" that goes on the end of the trident, and they have 4 new figures. And I for one will not complain a bit about using the same mould, if that means we get them all!
Yea, they should be coming out soon hopefully, at least 1 of them...

That game was really sucky.Some person in the game got kidnapped by a ninja.The story was really sucky.So much suckiness packed into one little game.Aren't the Foot Mystics bad guys cuz they have the word "Foot" in their name?I would think they are cuz it's like "Foot" as in "Foot Clan."Ya know what I mean?Are they allies of the TMNT?

I don't know what their actual origin is, but they are definitely not allies of the Turtles. They are alligned with the Foot, and their symbols are actually Foot symbols that have been modified to each element. For example, the Fire Mystic's symbol is just a Foot symbol that looks like a flame. All of the symbols are pretty cool looking, but I don't know if anyone has a picture of them that could be posted.

never fear jester is here....there is a forum with the foot symbols here (http://www.thetechnodrome.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8454&postdays=0&postorder=asc&star t=420)....enjoy....on a side note....couldn't we just make custom foot mystics.....just modifying the colors....and adding stuf to the skulpt....like mud to earth....

The weird thing is though, we haven't seen them in a while. The last we saw of them was at Toyfare right? It seems like every figure we saw at Toyfare has now been released, except for the mystics. And while we're on the subject, what ever happened to Splinter in Cryo tube?

I guess they'll all eventually come out. We just have to wait for 50 waves or so of Ninja Turtle varient crap.

Splinter in the cryo tube was on the tentitive list I think and may not come out until 05 or 06, or possibly playmates changed their mind on releasing him.

Just as a little side note...
Toyfare is a magazine. Immature and witty at the same time, and always a fun read.
Toy FAIR is an annual event in New York City held every February, where toy makers from around the world come to show off what they will be producing for the next year.

There's also the October Toy Fair, which is also sometimes called pre-Toy Fair, or the mass market Toy Fair. That's coming up in 3 weeks, so we'll have a much better idea of what Playmates is planning then, and probably see most of the 2005 figures as well.
