The New Picture Thread

[Wingnut]

This is a picture of me that my friend took while I was messing around in his house with my Xmas present, I thought it was pretty damn cool.

[GK Punk]

...Maybe we should use this as our new pic thread...?

[Wingnut]

[Peanut]

This will prove, once and for all, that I am a hardcore gangsta, so don't mess around. Brodie says I'm queer, but he doesn't mean anything.

[Ryona]

Yup! They are the comical duo team! :D

[Dane E5R]

I've got like 1700 pics that you've all seen already...

...

...Do you want me to post them again?

[That Matt Guy]

How about something new?

[Jester]

Yeah, or at least newest....

[Dane E5R]

I'll see what I can do.

[Dinogrrl]

Hey ho, might as well post a pic of myself. Here's a recent-ish one featuring my new hair and a tampax dispenser! Yes, I took the photo in the bathroom at work because I was using my Palm Zire to take it (hence the crap quality) and needed a mirror to do it with:

http://mypage.iu.edu/~raiwalke/Newhair.jpg

And here's the cat, Fooch, stalking the dvd player which she despises with a vengeance:

http://shenmuelegend.users.btopenworld.com/images/o2ryo.jpg

[愛]

No one's as good as Ryo Hazuki of the Hazuki Dojo in Yamanose.

[Ookami Blue]

Ohh!!

I wanna guess too!!

I think you are HER Ryo-chan!

EDIT: Had to take out the pic. :tanime:
~Ryona

I remember you always saying you had dark straight hair when we were talking about who we could cosplay as.....

Plus cute serious looking girls like us like Leo!

;)

[Jester]

"Holiday Who-be What-y??"
That's grinch for:
"What u talkin' 'bout Ai?"
abnd i thought Ryo was a dude?? :( so confused....u're lovin every minute of this ain't ya Ryo??

That pic is how I imagine Ryo, too. Although I still think he's a dude. Maybe...

[Jester]

My biggest selling point is the "Me" in the title of that one picture....

[Jo Dawn]

Oooh, yay, Ryo!! ;)

Jester - That's exactly what makes me think it ISN'T him, heh. ;)

This one -

[Jester]

Ehhh...could be....yeah...that looks like ryo....maybe...WHICH ONE R U!!!???

[KROW]

I'm not guessing. Ryo's awesome no matter what Ryo looks like. That, and I don't want to look friggin stupid if I get it wrong.

[Jester]

I'm not guessing. Ryo's awesome no matter what Ryo looks like. That, and I don't want to look friggin stupid if I get it wrong.
True, and ha.

[KROW]

But if I had to guess, I'd go with Jo. Why? 'Cause it looks like Ryo's self-portraits, has noodles in it, and was probably taken at 2 in the morning.

[XERO]

Man, Ryo really has us all under his little finger.

[Anarchistguy]

No one's as good as Ryo Hazuki of the Hazuki Dojo in Yamanose.

Damn right. Look at that "badassity"
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v179/anarchistguy/no1.jpg
What if it's been that Ryo all along?

[Voltron]

By the time the first Shen Mue game was over, Ryo had kicked the asses of half the people in Japan.

My guess is the same as Ookami and Barkworm.

[Anarky]

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v165/Ryo_Saeba/Me20SMile.jpg

If this is Ryo, who are the others?

[Dane E5R]

Ryo's a dude. And I agree with Ookami, Barkworm and Voltron.

[JameO]

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v165/Ryo_Saeba/Me20SMile.jpg

If you look at this one it says in the file name "me".

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v165/Ryo_Saeba/Eathen20smile.jpg

But since he hasn't replied I will go with this one just for the heck of it.

[Dane E5R]

This isn't exactly a photo, but I think it's something I've never shown you guys before. A couple friends did this for me, officially the coolest thing to ever be created in my likeness.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v120/Y2Dane/AUTOGRAPHdane-hardlight.jpg

I'll try to get some actual pics taken either today or tomorrow.

[SeaThreePeeO]

Wow! It certainly feel like forever since I last posted in this or any other forums. Real life (and running a pub) has been a real pain lately and has been keeping me from my posting duties. But what better place to start then to post a few pics of myself.

The following were taken on Sat 27th November 2004 at my engagment to my now fiance Vincent.

*clears throat*... so....... about my pics.... I can see you guys picked certain pics for certain reasons... well... obviously, not everyone is right...

Why is no one picking the gorilla? :P

[Barkworm]

[Ryona]

Ok, I removed two pics to narrow it down more...

Oh, man, do my lungs hurt.

[Kali]

As much as I hate to interrupt the flow of attractive people, I’ve managed to build up the courage to post a picture, and who knows when I’m gonna manage to do so again.

This is my most recent picture, from Halloween. I wish the ones from San D and my friend’s wedding had come out better, but I simply can’t take a good picture. :ohwell:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v159/kaligargoyle/halloweencostumes.bmp

Oh, and Ryo, love the portraits!

[KROW]

As much as I hate to interrupt the flow of attractive people....
Interrupt my ass. You don't look bad at all, despite the fact you're dressed up as a demon. :D

[Jester]

Holy crap....a demon....but she cute....;)

[Ryona]

Interrupt my ass. You don't look bad at all, despite the fact you're dressed up as a demon. :D

Dressesd up as a demon? My dear, KROW... the truth would surprise you... ;)

Kali, that's exactly how I imagined you from all your self-portraits. ...right down to the horns and wings. :D

And everyone is right... you're very attractive. *nods*

[Peanut]

Ryo, draw me! The Gangsta Sith Lord with the Canadian accent!

BTW TMB I love what you did with the tie!

[Jo Dawn]

*ahem* *pokes Ryo* Excuse me, love, but.... um... did you ever finish that one of mine from way back when?

;) Take your time. I'm a patient woman. (*ahem*)

If you only knew that I actually do dress like that.

[Ryona]

*ahem* *pokes Ryo* Excuse me, love, but.... um... did you ever finish that one of mine from way back when?

Here it is. *hugs* I hope you like it... :)

Jester and Peanut... I'll try to get your pics done some time soon.

[Spitfire]

Wow Ryo your really good at this! Id ask you to take a stab at me but you seem to have your hands full there! Awesome work though

[Voltron]

If you only knew that I actually do dress like that.

I always imagined you had make believe tea parties with your naked Hitler doll.

[Jester]

yep, u were an extra in that one nazi scene in "Death to Smoochy" weren't u Matt??

[Gemma]

Here's a couple of pictures of me, they're from my mate's camera phone so they're not really that clear. (Which is a good thing really :P )

[Jester]

U girls have serious self image problems, ya'll are so pretty, stop with the self-degredation....

[愛]

Either that or we just crave women. It's an addiction, and women should respect our addiction.

[JameO]

Awesome work Ryo if you want and have the time please draw me from pictures of posted as of recent.

[Jester]

Either that or we just crave women. It's an addiction, and women should respect our addiction.
Wow, it's a mazing the things that can bring people together....:D but seriously ladies, don't be so down on urselves....we dudes may be be ugly as sin, but we still see our selves as dead sexy. Darn pencil thin supermodels, who desided they were the true image of beauty....sorry to get on a soap box but dang it u set people up to feel bad when u start dress sizes at 0....that's all i'm saying. If it helps, remember Jester thinks u all are great, dispite your outward beauty, ur all beautiful people.

[Ryona]

Yeah... ok, Jester...

Anyway... let's stay on topic.

[Jester]

Sorry I had to get that off my chest....so which one is u Ryo??

[Kazari]

Aww Jester! Thanks! I am really hard on myself LOL

[DrSpengler]

Friend of mine drew me into our webcomic. Well, sorta. I'll never make any physical appearances in the strip itself (my decision, I write it).

http://www.theskylightzone.com/spungler.htm

Can't see the ponytail. He said he tried it with the facial hair but it looked awful.

Got my perpetual scowl down perfect, though.

[Ryona]

That's an awesome picture, DrSpengler! Very professional looking!
Looks alot like you, minus the facial hair. :)

The description is also great. Quite funny!

Oh, and Jester... It's being narrowed down... be patient. *feels regret*

[Anarky]

SO, what do you look like, Ryo?

[raphael_is_cool]

U girls have serious self image problems, ya'll are so pretty, stop with the self-degredation....

I believe you mean 'self-deprecation'

[Jester]

Same diffrence....:) As a community i feel we should bolster each others self image....:D as jester i'm like McDonald's, "I love to see u smile!"

[Hannah]

I dont smile at Mcdonalds. Its digusting.

[Anarky]

That was not the question, Hannah. And btw. McD doesn't promise to make you smile, they just love it when you smile.

[Hannah]

Eh.. .whatever.

Congrats on 1k posts btw Anarky!

[Anarky]

Yeah, thanks. But this one doesn't count, since I used to have 2000 before. SO I go and make a big announcement in 1000 posts.

Anarky 2k - the thread (http://thetechnodrome.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8821)

[Voltron]

Hey! Congratulations on getting way off topic, too!

[JameO]

Well atleast we have good moderators.

[Jo Dawn]

[Anarky]

Not really, there isn't much you could've done different. I mean, Ken doesn't really have an extraordinary way of dressing.

[raphael_is_cool]

I think he got the tin foil container shoulder guard spot-on

[Ryona]

:o :o :o :o

Voltron! You look great!! Very badass! ;)
Wow! You're like, so glompable! *glomps* :anime:

I love the poses! Very hawt!

Your friends look great too! Love the costumes!

Ahh, Halloween... Brings back good memories... *drifts away in thought*

[Voltron]

Hahaha, yeah. That was a pie plate I stapled on to my shoulder. The whole costume was made in the span of half and hour. Proud? You bet I am. And so is the lollipop guild! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/Frapplo/Greenwich/103_0342.jpg

[Anarky]

You sure know odd people... :D

Still, please drop posting these things. They can be very hurtful. You're not the only human being on here. Despite the fact that we are hiding behind screen names, we are, just like you, human beings. Human beings have emotions.

So please, stop being so rude. You never know what hurts who. Thanks for caring.

Very nice, EZ. :) I like the hat in the last one.

[Machias Banshee]

 Well, despite that one pic there, I have to say that the TMNT Fandom has some of the best-looking guys that I know of.

[EZweasel]

alright everyone, be honest about the hat. on this forum it seems someone likes it, but on a wrestling forum i go to they all hate it..whats your honest opinion of it. In real life i have had 3 people i dont even know on the street compliment me on it..their comments where:

"Hey, i like that Hat"

"Love the hat man"

forgot the last one.

[Machias Banshee]

You make me think of LaBamba from Conan Obrien...

No, no, It's alright... I was just kidding. :)

[Machias Banshee]

Ahh, okay.. well, at least no one's hit on you yet.. ;)

but i do have a real sword.

[Brinatello]

*laughs and grins to all the past photos, plus the mention of Ryo being a boy/girl again...* AHEM, okay, this is my first post to this thread, and hopefully not my last. This is the most recent picture of my family and I taken from Saturday, the 29th. We decided, at the last minute, to take the Ghosts and Gravestones Tour of San Diego while visiting Old Town. At the end of the tour, we got our picture taken behind the Whaley House with our distinguished English guide, Rupert. I loved him; he reminded me of Wallace Shawn from "Disney's The Haunted Mansion." Very funny, but cracked some saaaaad groaner jokes. Anyway, here's the picture of us; I consider it my favorite out of the whole 27 roll of film! Um, by the way, only 26 pictures developed. The photo I took outside of the Villa Montezuma Victorian mansion didn't come out! Creepy! :o

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v172/Brinatello/old-town/pic-24.jpg

If you want to see my other pics from Old Town, go HERE (http://photobucket.com/albums/v172/Brinatello/old-town/?start=0)

[Anarky]

And which one are you, Brinatello? Don't tell me you're the guy with the top hat. :D

[Brinatello]

*smirk* See, I knew if I left out which one I was, one would assume I'm the one wearing the top hat! Hehehe... well, it's a little hard to see, but I'm the one in the TMNT shirt. Big surprise thar. ;)

[Vern]

(Post removed.)

[Ryona]

*laughs at vern*

Vern, I find it funny that you're picking on one of the sexiest guys in the Technodrome...

Oh, and nice pics, Brinatello! Sounds like a fun trip! Great photos! :)

[Jo Dawn]

Attention Leo656: The 80's are over. Surrender your clothing to goodwill.

*smacks forehead and groans*

Was that really necessary? No. Let's not start anything here. I don't wanna flame war in this thread.

[Brinatello]

Oh, and nice pics, Brinatello! Sounds like a fun trip! Great photos! :)Thanks, Ryo! I know there's a few people on here who are into the paranormal. If they ever visit San Diego, they should take the tour. It's mostly a laugh in the dark kind of deal, and you also hear some great history. I'll say this though, if you take the tour with an attitude of expecting to see something, you'll be very disappointed. Ghosts are never prompt and are likely to stay away when there's large groups of people invading their space. I just went in to have fun and maybe expect one or two happenings. Nothing did, but I still had a great time and I give a lot of that credit to our tour guide. :)

[KROW]

Attention Leo656: The 80's are over. Surrender your clothing to goodwill.
The '80s are over? Really? Thank you, Captain Obvious.

But seriously, they may be over, but GNR last forever. :D

[Jester]

Attention Leo656: The 80's are over. Surrender your clothing to goodwill.

Jester, congratulations, you have successfully psychoanalyzed me. You're right, I am jealous of his style, but I'm even more jealous of your superior spelling skills.

More cosplay from me.....

Just finished a costume for Katsucon and I thought I would share....

In the anime Naruto he does an attack he invented called Sexy no Jutsu.... basically he turns into a naked girl to distract whatever guy he is fighting....

I kind of took this idea and ran with it.....

BaldMonk, you look thrilled to be there.

[Machias Banshee]

Ooh... we have very sexy dudes here at the Drome! :D

Taken yesterday, in my work uniform. As you could probably guess, my job involves saying "Thank you for shopping with us" about umpteen million times an hour.

[damnhooligan]

Whoa. Big picture there, Foxy. What we in the industry like to call a "table-breaker".

Nice uniform, very comfortable looking (coming from a person who works at home in her pajamas and in various states of undress) That FREE HAM sticker is awesome. I sure could go for some free ham right about now.

[BaldMonk]

Haha, welcome to the club... nothing like getting out of bed and going literally straight to work... then having a lunchtime nap... hahaha.

[Foxy Boy]

LOL yeah, it's a promotional thing that works with those "bonus points" you get if you spend way too much there, which everybody does. You wouldn't believe the amount of stuff some people buy in one day, like they have a family of 7. Not exactly fun to ring up all those items, especially if my bagger's on break or helping out some other poor soul, and I end up having to bag everything and waste about 10 minutes while I have to constantly and politely reassure those waiting for me to get done with that that I'll be right with them.
Sorry for the huge pic, I'm not going to risk trying to shrink it, because I'm inept in most things like that.
Oh, and you're a girl? You learn something new every day.

[GK Punk]

Whoa. Big picture there, Foxy. What we in the industry like to call a "table-breaker".

D-VON! GET THE TABLES!

... Ignore that

Yeah, next time please just put a link if posting a picture that big, please :)

[Foxy Boy]

Duly noted. :D
