Wicked

[Lioness-Goddess]

I went to see the musical a few weeks ago, and I had to pick up the book it was based on. The book is awesome, and I'm just wondering if anyone here has read it?

[Anarky]

I haven't. But I wonder what it's all about. I always do with books.

Can't we all agree on, whenever we open a thread on a (comic)book, to give a brief description of what it's all about'

You got my vote there.

I love to read, and if there's high acclaim for a book I haven't read/heard of yet, I would like to know alot about it before I try it. If it's not my favorite genre or if the plot doesn't peak my interest, I won't read it.

Ooh, I've wanted to read this book.

It's about the Wicked Witch from Wizard of Oz. Goes more into her life, I believe. :)

The author has a new one out for another old fairly tale, too. I can't remember the name of it... but I'll have to figure it out, heh.
