But he survived a vicious slash across the throat, and his partner was killed! He wasn't in the right state of mind. I bet if he met that guy in hand to hand combat he'd punch a hole through his chest.

I voted Boba Fett.

At first I thought predator would win by just using his cloaking, BUT Boba probably has heat vision in that helmet of his. Not to mention the incredibly strong Mandolorian armor, Jet Pack, his arsenal of weapons, and the Slave 1.

Though, Boba Fett is one of my favorite Star Wars characters so I could just be playing favorites.

Then again, Boba can fly, has an amazing sight, guns and a spaceship.

Hmmm, a difficult question. The Predator with an impressive close-range arsenal. Claws, that disc thing and the battle staff.

Then again, Boba can fly, has an amazing sight, guns and a spaceship.

I think both have impressive close range weapons......Boba Has the flame thrower wrist gauntlet, two blasters, grappling hook, darts that shoot out of his kneepad and spring loaded spikes in his boots. Boba would own the Pred, hands down.


Oh, and why doesn't it belong here? It's about two movie characters.....

Are you nuts? Star Wars doesnt suck? Did you miss Attack of the Clones?

Predator is one of the coolest concepts for an alien flick, and Predators are trained to be hardcore badasses, and wouldn't get man handled by a blind Han Solo.

And if anyone is basing this off the performances in AVP.....you are idiots....

As most people have said, Boba Fett didn't do anything but say like 3 lines then die. At least Jango Fett actually did some ****. Anyway, my vote went to Predator.

I vote Boba Fett.... just cause... I'm a geek... Predator would probably win in "real life"... but thats just it, its not real life... and I think boba's a way more popular character in the sci-fi genre... and if they had an on screen fight... Boba would win... onscreen fights are just popularity contests (and Lucas would pay off the director/writer....)

In "The Bounty Hunter Wars: The Mandalorian Armor", it details that Fett is being digested by the Sarlaac, halucinates, then jury rigs his jetpack to burst out. He is then found by a fat topless woman who is the first one to actually see his face. He then goes off, and eventually (in the Young Jedi Knights series) battles Han Solo's kids with a Lightsaber.

How does Lucas Arts say its retarded that he got away? They endorse books about his getaway and life after Return of the Jedi.

This man was the blueprint for the Universe's perfect soldier. How would he not win?

I think the whole Boba Fett thing is basically done and over with. In the ROTJ commentary, Lucas brings the whole thing up. He says he toyed with the idea of having a shot of Boba climbing out of the Sarlacc, but decided not to. Which means he's dead.

Theres more to Star Wars than George Lucas' 6 movies these days. The books that have been written have to be taken into account.
