MirageTMNT vs. Original Toon TMNT [Archive]

Hey everyone,

Since I'm a comic book artist, I got this fabulous idea of making
a crossover between the MirageTMNT and the Original Toon TMNT,
where they would go in Battle Royale.
Would you like that?

I need your opinion on this.

Love the art
The idea sounds good, but I enjoy most fights between comic and cartoon counterparts. Persannaly I'd say the toon would win simply because Don would pull out Demitional generator, I'd malfunction and all save the toons would end up dead, due to them being more injury resistant (lets face it most toons can take damge far beyond there counterparts, even if they are portrayed as normal)

The toon turtles don't kill anyone but the mirage turtles do...soooooo...
I guess that fight would be very short :P but then again, the toon turtles never died or anything, they might be undestructible! :evilgrin:
Oh well, it's a good iidea and i'd like to see the comic no matter who wins.

The mirage turtles should run over the toon turtles with the van while they're sleeping, screw honor :D
Hmmmm...on second thought, it'd be kinda hard to get a van inside the sewers :P but yeah, i think it should end in a draw...they're both good guys! :D

This reminds me of the toon episode where Usagi Yojimbo first appears and starts kicking Leonardo, Donatello and Raphael's collective butt, then is defeated by one of Michaelangelo's pizzas.

Hey guys, I'm actually in the process of plotting a fic where the cartoon turtles and myself wind up in the Mirage universe and we help the TMNT of that world fight some Triceretrons. It's gonna be awesome!

well it would be a very small "battle" if just 8 ppl were fighting one another. If it was the cartoon vs the comic (meaning all characters, good/bad and netural) then i would have to say the cartoon would win.

im with karp on this one.

the mirage tmnt would beat the toonies no sweat. unlike the toons, the mirage tmnt actually use something that resembles actual budo.

pizza jokes and screaming turtle power would be the toons' greatest weapon, as they would disctract the miragers due to their constant laughing, snickering, and staring.

of course, upon recovering their composure, the miragers would then knock them all unconscious and/or off them.

I dont know. If the toon ones first gave the Mirgae ones a pizza as a Pre-fight present, and then start yelling "Turtle Power" and running around, maybe The Mirage ones would start laughing choke to death... Just a theory...

well both were never made to fight one another. They are completly different, one is aimed at a younger crowd while the other more teens/adults.

Its obvious who would win.

Yeah. But actually Peter LAird had a ide of a cross over, but i think it was with archie.

true. While the cartoon TMNT vs Mirage TMNT is a bit one sided, i think it would be different if the entire cast of the cartoon had a battle against the entire cast of the comic. Now thats a battle!, dont worrie about 4 vs 4 pffft!.
