Will we ever see an "AO" rated game? What would it take?

Does anyone thnk we will ever see an "AO" Adults Only rated video game? What would it take for a game to get such a rating? I think some of the "M" rated games are close to an "AO" rating.

I think a game actually got that. It was for the PC, I believe. I can't remember the name, though.

Oh, there have been console "A" rated titles. I think the first one was Neurodancer for the 3DO's old CDi system. Sorta like Sewer Shark for Sega CD. A more recent one would be The New Leisure Suit Larry Uncut. I think it's on Xbox.

I don't think there's ever been an AO rated game for any major console. I know for a fact there are PC games though.

Some game named Sexy Beach has an AO rating. And the sequel to it. I heard it's a dating SIM game where in the end you get laid
