With a capture card, with it you can capture VHS or Tv programs to your compouter. Then you just compress them and thats it.

Hmm, lets see here...I went to the tour in 1990, that means that I must have been born in 1986, which means that I am 16. Why? How old are you?

I know some people have all of the old shows of the TMNT cartoon in .mov or something but I've seen them. Can someone get Ninja Rap, The Making of the Coming Out of Their Shells Tour, The Coming Out of Their Shells Tour, TMNT Music Videos, Turtle Tunes and We Wish You a Turtle Christmas. I'd like to see all of the old music videos. If someone has these tell me!
Let's see... Behind the shells the making of tmnt was encoded by turtlesewer in avi and the Coming Out Of their Shells tour will be encoded this week by turtlesewer too, but i dunno about the rest..
Oh yeah i think you can buy we wish you a turtle christmas in vcd in www.getvcds.com i wish someone would either convert it to divx or send me the mpeg  the shipping's a ripoff.

Note: The RPG between Tokka and Slash has been moved to the Fan Works Discussion/RPG Forum under the name of "Slash & Tokka"

Now, to get this thing back on topic... ;) I'm still looking for the Turtle Tunes videos. Same with the COOTS stuff. I've always wanted to watch them, but I'm having a hard time finding them.

The Turtles were on some kind of tour circa 1991...my family and I went too see them when they were at 6 Flags that summer. That was a cool show....I think it was 'Coming Out Of Our Shells' tour, because I remember them singing that song.

Me too! It's been a year or so since i wanted to get the COOTS video but no luck...i'll probably get it this week at last if turtlesewer encodes it.
And if you want to buy it, im sure i've seen it on ebay, you could try checking there!

Yeah... I've been staying away from ebay lately, since I usually end up spending more than I want to on turtle stuff. :embarass: Ah well... One of these days.

I actually just saw the making of the "Coming Out of Their Shells" video, and it was kind of dumb really. Don't get me wrong, I still listen to their cassette tape sometimes (too bad it didn't come out on a CD), but the making-of video was sort of lame.

I haven't seen the actual concert video, though. Maybe that is better.

I've just saw the COOTS tour i downloaded from irc, i wanted it like a year ago but noone encoded it lol...but now it's here :D
Anyways, i pretty much liked it!
So NTCF, if you liked the audio tape you might like the video aswell...but i think you'll like it if, only if, you're a tmnt fan! =P Since y'know...not a lot of people i know would like to watch 4 guys dressed as turtles dancing and singing for an hour and a half...
There are a lot of things i liked, like:
Shredder's cheeeeesy suit :D
Mikey kicking leo in the butt and leo chasing him to get revenge! :goofygri:
The dancing pizza delivery guys LOLOLOLOL that part cracked me up :P usually pizza delivery guys only deliver yer pizza and go away...not these guys! They not only deliver cardboard pizzas but they also have mad-breakdancing-skillzors!
April, she was kinda cute and she can actually sing.
The aligator's tail getting stuck! :P :P :P
Things i did not like:
The reporter guy :sweatdro:
Splinter...he can barely walk without his walking stick but he sure can sing since his voice automatically changes...and then what does he sings?A SONG ABOUT STONES! :ohwell:
That annoying, over-acting baxter stockman...
If i hear mikey screaming "Thank you!We love you!" just ONE MORE TIME i'll commit seppuku :)

So it has been encoded. I have to get it today myself. How big is the file?

Nickokapo
12-02-2002, 11:13 AM
The file's 610 MB...but if you didn't liked most of the cartoon that much then try to skip this one, it'll probably be a waste of space and time for you, since all they do is sing and also there are some bad acting parts.
I can't see anyone enjoying this except for hardcore tmnt fans or kids that dont care wtf is going on.
But i liked it, it was so cheesy it was fun :goofygri: i wonder if turtle tunes was any different.

Im just curious. But maybe it's not worth the size.

Nickokapo
12-02-2002, 12:45 PM
Trust me it's not :P even i overrated it...knowing how you like the most gritty part of the tmnt, this tour's probably not what you are looking for.
But if you're gonna get it, get it now since TurtleSewer will serve it for only like a week i think, tho i might be wrong.

I remember my brother having a copy of "We Wish You a Turtle Christmas," but somehow, we lost it during one of my family's moves. -_- Now, the only Turtle tape I have at home is a VHS of the first episode of the series. Also, about the musical, I have Oroku's number from that. Now I know why he hates music, he's a terrible singer! XP He sounded a bit like Venom from the '96 Spider-Man series.
