i dislike the new packaging. I was saving all the card backs from this line, cuz thye had "info cards" and now, its just crap. the figures look weird in the packaging too. like it takes away from the figure. and playmates are too lazy to rip out blanques weapons? and they spotlight random characters on the bottom. ahh im so disappionted. I better start saving my money. :(
I actually like the card backs...i was getting tired of that plain packaing from before...and the figs look great too IMO...finally Gen... :D

I..WANT...Gen and Hamato Yoshi and Robo Hunter Raph....but mostly Hamato Yoshi!!!
Master Yoshi's bio is interesting because it reveals something about Splinter we didn't know: (from the bio):
It was Yoshi who found and took care of a sickly Tokyo rat that would one day mutate and become Splinter, the sensei of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
Ok.. Im majorly curious about this. So is Splinter a domestic rat or not??? Perhaps he was and was abandoned by previous owners?? Either way I hope Splinter's er early years are revealed sometime. That would be cool...an ep in which Splinter remembers how Yoshi found him.

The new figures look rad. I'll probably get some of 'em. Its great that Playmates changed the packageing on there products. I think it looks better. The pictures of the other characters on the package look great. I dunno why some of the figures that were in the regular packageing are on the back of the new ones. Its kinda silly that way.

Mixed feelings on the package design. I kinda liked the regular packaging. These look a little less interesting especially the back, very bla. Anyway, I'll wait to see these up front before I unleash hell

Single molded plastic weapons for the turtles and Blanque, why Playmates, WHY?!
The new cards look nice, I like the way villains and allies have seperate pictures. I've always thought that the pictures of Raph on his card and Casey on the allies card are terrible though, so badly drawn.
Looks like Feudal Japan Shredder does indeed have that fall-apart feature which ruined Traximus, fantastic
The new Turtles weapons are gonna look so cheap next to previous waves :(

I like the new packaging, it adds excitement to the collecting process. I am amazed by General BLANQUE's weapontry. :o This is the best Playmates has done in a long time. What does the button on Shredder's armor do? I really want a Gen too, he kinda reminds me of Rocksteady. The Robo hunting ninja turtles also have cool weapons. I kinda know what some of the collectors on this page is goingthrough. I collect the cards too, so this will be new. I plan on enjoying this.
Sorry, double post (thank you dial-up internet disconnecting).
What does the button on Shredder's armor do?
It makes him fall apart in "defeat", like Traximus.
well. i better get the super glue ready. for the gen figure. i had to do it with the traximus fig.
No way, did you really glue him together?! :P That's pretty funny :)

It was easy to determine the non turtles from the millions of turtle variants in the previous packaging, I hope its as quick as it was with these new figures. I dont wanna sit in the toy aisle sorting through crap to find the slightly better crap that i need to buy cuz playmates will never make these figures in different variations again.
I wonder when these will start to appear? I know that normally once there on the site they normally show up pretty quick so i hope thats the same here...i cant wait for these babies...!

You can already order Hamato Yoshi, General Blanque, and Feudal Shredder from some website since they are supposedly going to ship soon. June 2nd (tomorrow) marks three weeks since Dan Berger put the carded pics up on the official site, so I'm hoping that the figures will be out then. I'll be surprised if they aren't out by *next* Thursday, since it will have been a full month (28 days). My mom is going out of town so my dad will have to drive my sister and I to school, we're going to stop at Wal-Mart and Target every day or two and check for new figures. I actually have enough money to get all eight if they have them.

I don't suppose you know which website?
I probably would have bought blanque if they put him out a year ago. I mean, I know that I'm like, Playmates #1 supporter on this board, but really, I don't understand that line of reasoning, or why CAW Karai is just coming out. But enough with complaining, I'm just ready for Yoshi and Karai. Those are the only two I'm really looking forward to this year.

I would to note some of my facts:
Box Design
Did a good job with it but for those who don't agree because of the ID Cards on the back.
General Blanque
He look OK from the image. :ohwell:
I don't see any mistakes from him if anyone agree.
Feudal Shredder
New armor, and look but the bad thing is he falls apart just like Traximus and Gen. Just like BartAllen said
well. i better get the super glue ready. for the gen figure. i had to do it with the traximus fig.
Hamato Yoshi
Just don't like that small splinter figure and that hat he wearing. Also something suppose to happen when you twist that hat.
I just had to say thank for fu(beep) up Yoshi.
But I'm still gonna get them no matter how crappy they look.

No way, did you really glue him together?! :P That's pretty funny :)yup. it took me forever. i dont really play with my toys. i display them. back to traximus. yeah he was a pain to super glue back together. i had to do some light sanding. and then superglue his joints. i hate that stupid gimmick. just give me somthing that looks nice.

Except it is a UK site. You're better off checking out e-bay-- Blanque and Yoshi have already shown up on there. I would guess that the figures will be in actual stores really soon, if not already.

Hopefully the new TMNT figures will be in stock durin' the summer. I'm probably gonna buy the new Marvel Legends and Revenge of the Sith figures before I get the new TMNT figues. Wal-Mart will probably have the figures for a while so I'm not really worried about anything.

I'm digging the packages. It will make looking for stuff easier.
Blanque does nothing for me. Definitely going to leave him hanging.
A year ago, I would have killed for Gen...but now the interest is gone: another hanger.
Last night I decided I was going to do a Shredder custom out of one of the new Mortal Combat figures (can't remember the dude's name...looks like he was made out of ice. He's wearing Shredder's armor, though, right down to the helmet), and the Feudal Shredder will keep me from having to try to track down an Armorized one for the Saki head.
MUST HAVE YOSHI. I've waited 8 months for that figure so I can finally call my TMNT collection "complete."

Thanks, I will!
I found the pic of the figure flipping through a ToyFare...I don't know what scale that line is in, but I'm hoping it's something around the 6" mark. He'll be bigger than the TMNT, and rightfully so. I would love to make something along the lines of the Marvel Legends style Shredder that was posted a while back, but there's no way I would set my sights that high.

Kinda. I know there was a mutating Splinter that turned back into Yoshi...or at least a hodge-podge of "Yoshi."
These hit here about a week ago. The robo-hunting TMNT suck big time, but the others are cool.

Welp... Target doesn't have the Hamato Yoshi... but that's to be expected as I don't think it's even available here. Just the Battle Nexus figures. Which I've seen adds for on tv so Im just gonna wait till I see an add for Master Yoshi on tv.
I DID however get Ninja Knight Raphael (uh well actually he's a Roman Gladiator... :P) and the Donatello Monster Truck.... the TMNT Monster Trucks are a bit of a rare find. I'll eventually have all 4....at the moment I have Raphael and now Donatello.
And at Payless I got a pair of TMNT flipflops.

I have Leo, Raph, and Donny in the monster trucks. Donny is more common now than he ever was. Leo is the most common. He's seen in Wal-Marts all the time. Donny is now second. But... in all my searching, I have never seen a Mikey. A friend of mine found one at work and the F*... Bought the truck. Now... I'm 1 shy of my ultimate collection!
Has anyone else seen the TMNT Lunch Box and the Sports Balls that Meijer has? The lunch box is kinda bunk. The cup on the inside doesn't have anything awesome on it. Bar none, Meijer has the best selection of TMNT Memoribilia. They keep the toys in a constant rotation.
