New Turtle in Town!

[Masked Ninja]

...or something like that.

Hey, I'm the Masked Ninja and I've been a Turtle fan for practically forever. We seriously have home videos of a 4-year-old me going down twisty slides and shouting "Turtle Power!"

I looked rather fondly back at the days of the pizza-scarfing heroes in a halfshell until a certain cartoon debuted back in 2003. At first I was turned off by the style the guys were drawn in, but I couldn't help watching a few episodes... they were the Turtles, after all. And since then the great writing and awesome animation have had me hooked.

As for me, I do mostly fan art, though I'd really like to try my hand at TMNT fanfiction sometime. My favorite Turtle is Leonardo because our personalities match up... but with the excellent characterization of the new cartoon, I am unable to rank someone as my least favorite Turtle.

Hope to have a great time hangin' out with other turtle fans! Masked Ninja, out!

Oh. That must have been so cute, Masked Ninja. Have them in .avi format? :D

Anyway, hallowed be and welcome to the Technodrome. Name's Robweiller, I'm just a forum wanderer although I think The Official Greeting Giver would be a job mostly suitable for me. Have a :mango: of Trust, Friendship and Everything Else!

And feel here like at home, 'cos this place is something like home to us all. Or even more. It's like sewers for me

Best wishes,

Robweiller

PS - you're sig is awesome. Made by yourself?

[Leonardo_]

Hay,

I am Leo the 2nd and also known as the female clone of Leonardo. *Bows*

I am like a "clone" because I always saw myself in him and because of the personality we share, he is my favourite turtle, too :)
But enough...

Feel welcome and have a nice time here.

[Ryona]

Aloha, Masked Ninja.

I am Ryo... but I'm also known as the Masked Devil. :P

Ooh! A fellow artist! If you did make your sig, I can already see you're an awesome artist! Can't wait to see your stuff! :D

Have a great time here in the Technodrome. :)

[Masked Ninja]

Oh. That must have been so cute, Masked Ninja. Have them in .avi format? :DUnfortunately, no... I don't think we have anything for getting nearly 15-year-old VHS footage onto the computer. Oh well.

PS - you're sig is awesome. Made by yourself?Yes, actually - my hope is to one day become an animator, and I wanted to try a test rotation. Thanks for the compliment!

@Ryo: Thanks to you, too! I plan to put up some stuff soon!

Welcome, Masked Ninja.

I am Benvenuto, the self-proclaimed unofficial 5th Ninja Turtle, but you may call me Ben, Benny, Ben-Ven, Captain Ben, or Undisputed.

*Hands over a Benvenuto bandana and a Olympic gold medal*

Enjoy, and don't worry. The medal's authentic. :D

[KROW]

Halloooooo!

Welcome to the place where we fear the dust-bunnies! I am KROW, beloved Blackbird of Flannel and Love. Please accept this fungus for it tastes great and is less filling. It's so good, it's endorsed by no less than four celebrities, Eric Estrada among them. :D

[Jo Dawn]

Darnit, Krow, how do you do it? Erik Estrada??

...Lucky devil... ;) :)

[Sewer Bull]

Yes, actually - my hope is to one day become an animator, and I wanted to try a test rotation. Thanks for the compliment!

By the way, I offer my humble greetings to you, Masked Ninja. I shall hand out a dragon coupon of good luck! *hands out coupon* and a chance to drink some of this delisous drink that came out of the sewers! And don't ask me where it came from, because I don't know ;)

Enjoy your stay here at the 'drome :D and I love your sig! Better than I could do  I look forward to seeing some of your works posted here

[KROW]

 heh, get used to this Masked Ninja. This guys grow on you quicker than Krow hands out fungus
Yes. And I fling it with gusto, like the proudest monkey.

[Masked Ninja]

*eats the fungus, then drinks some of Ra's drink of dubious origin* Good, I s'pose that means people won't mind too much if I get a bit wacky. Which happens if I'm online late. Like now... :tcouch:

*adjusts grip on the many welcome gifts* Oof. Now all I gotta do is come up with a cool mask color and weapon for my own turtle persona... because I feel like making one. *opens a browser window for googling... and awaaaay we go!*

[Jephael]

I love your current avatar, Masked Ninja! That's such a perfect expression there!

[Hannah]

Hey =D Cool signature! You're really good. o.o

[Dragnskull]

welcome, its good to have another oldschool fan join the forums

i too have memories of this exact thing, but sadly we didnt have a cam when i was that young =/

i do however, have pictures of halloweens (3 years worth) of me dressed up as a tmnt :D

[Masked Ninja]

I had a turtle costume (non-TMNT) when I was 5 or so (no doubt related to my love of the Turtles) but I got so ticked off because everyone thought I was a frog. The googly eyes on the head-hat are probably what did it, but I had to turn around at every door and show the "Ooh, are you a frog?" people my shell. *grins*

[XERO]

Blame the Battletoads. :P

[Masked Ninja]

Ahh yes, I remember those, vaguely. Mostly me playing some video game involving them at my friend's house. I think I may have suspected a ripoff even at the tender age of 5-or-so, but the game was still fun...

[XERO]

Yes it was. :D

[Mars-Chan]

*Enters with bleeding heart blossoms following her, bows* Konichiwa and Salutations, Maksed Ninja. I am Mars, but you may call me Mars-Chan. *hands over a mango and bows out with bleeding heart blossoms following her*
