It's possible that Ocha was supposed to be part of the "City at War" saga, but they never showed him.

But the question is if the Mirage guys can make another comic without dropping the quality on vol.4...

Well when Mirage published the TMNT volume 1, there were many other TMNT books like the One shots and Tales series. I don't know if they have the staff to do that anymore tough.

Well AS I have stated, Im reading the older volumes now, then start reading the 4:th one. So He is planning it? Sounds good to me!

yeah, Laird said in the letter columns of the last tmnt issue (i think) that he is considering doing another Tales of the TMNT... and that it'll prolly cover the 'lost years' between volumes 2 and volume 4
