How much do these comics go for?

i dont post much here but what the hey...

i got some TMNT coming dateing from 1986/87

its TMNT#10 and Leonardo #10

fair condition might be maybe somewhere between 4 and 6 bucks, i know the nearmint price for issue 10 is 10 bucks..an easy thing to do is swing by a foodlion or wal mart(or any newsstand) and grab a Wizard issue....i'll grab my most recent issue n look em up, they havent changed much in prices.

their both about 7-7.50 at fair condition.
