My girlfriend is so wonderful. I was talking to her on the phone and she was crying and wouldnt tell me why. And then she told her friend over AIM and pasted the conversation to me.
[10:02:15] Archiebell: why are you crying maiii
[10:02:23] kechara: he's just so nice to me
[10:02:27] kechara: all the time
[10:02:34] kechara: and he loves me so much
[10:02:40] kechara: and always wants me to be happy
[10:02:45] kechara: n he makes me happy
[10:02:48] kechara: god he makes me so happy
[10:02:52] Archiebella: awwwwww :-):-):-):-):-)
[10:02:54] Archiebella: im so happy for you
[10:03:04] kechara: n then i go and worry him so much crying like an idiot and not being able to tell him all this
[10:03:26] kechara: i should just c/p this to him
I cant say I enjoy her calling herself an idiot but she's so sweet. Aww I love her so much :)

Awww! Your girlfriend is so sweet and lovely, Spitfire! ^_^
From the pics I've seen, she's very cute too. You two are very lucky to have each other. *nods* :)
Oh, and can I have some of that too, Tetsu? :embarass:
Haven't been in a relationship in a while... not that I've been wanting to be in one anyway...
Good for you. It's good to know at least some relationships actually work out.
I'll be going out with my computer for the rest of my life. She may be high maintenance with the spyware and occasional weird ass errors, but at least she doesn't complain, she's always there for me, and if I'm tired of her crap, I can always turn her off. Sounds like a good deal to me. That, and I think I read too much bash.org.

Yer girlfriend's cute, Spitfire.
I do the "crying because he loves me" thing about my husband every once in a while. Love is pretty damn overwhelming. Then again, I get teary-eyed whenever I so much as see a dog, so I'm not a great barometer on that stuff.
That's awesome, Spit. Kind of reminds me of my relationship with Stormy.
Hey, what's the news on that whole situation with her going to that guy's house she met online?

Rather than ruin Spitfire's thread any further, I've decided to move the "Pity-Party" over to here (http://www.thetechnodrome.com/forums/showthread.php?p=344120)!
BTW Jo Dawn, I'm surprised to hear you're single. I think I've seen your picture and you didn't seem like you'd have trouble attracting someone.
That's really cool, Spitz. 8)
And I agree with Tetsu, JD. For someone as beautiful and nice as you are (well from a computer's perspective :D ), one would think you were taken. :)

Yes, 'tis a real relationship. It blossomed from typing to hand-holding in just about a year. So it's true what they say: Patience is a virtue.

I'm pretty sure this relationship will last a looong time...we just get along to well for it NOT to work.
They say ALL the good men are taken....but somehow...I got extreamly lucky with finding KROW. :D
Thanks, Ben.
Heh. The only reason I wasn't taken was because most of the women where I reside are stuck up and snobbish. According to them, if you don't have a flashy car, a minimum of $500 in your wallet, and abs like Jesus, you're no good. They choose to pair up with a man like that, who's ego is so big it's amazing he can fit a cap sideways on that melon. Then, before you know it, the guy runs off with another girl who was competing with the previous one, and so on and so forth.
After that, they spend 6 hours or more daily in their bedrooms crying over what happened, blubbering constantly, wondering why their relationships don't work. Furthermore, they wonder why they're doomed to never find that good man.

Ouch.
Krow certainly tells it like it is. :tanime:
Seriously, You're totally right, Krow. Lots of women are like that, and it's sad really...
But, there are men out there that are pretty much the same too. Men who only look for women who are obedient, have huge breasts, and will put out on the first night.
I think the majority of people in general are jerks and morons anyway, so, what can you do?... *shrugs*
Just do what I did: Sit back, relax, be yourself, and that certain person will amble into your life.
That's basically my whole approach to the dating scene. I let the girls come to me. I look at it a bit awkwardly. Women put more thought and effort into a relationship than men do. If they go to a bar or club to have fun, they have fun. If they go to meet a guy, they check out the scene. Either way, they really don't want these bozos sauntering over, bothering them, giving out those horrendous lines. Usually, they check for signs from afar; they check for a man's mood, demeanor, characteristic, overall personality, and then their looks.
So when I went out, I just chilled out. 'Course I never met anyone because they were too busy grinding with anonymous males, not caring about what they're like, just how they looked.

Well, yeah. But, I mean, wouldn't it be a lot less interesting and sometimes even less funny if men ad women, or if people genereally understood each other? I could imagine this to be rather boring.
But on the other hand, most of the time I wish it wasn't like that.

Well said Krow, that is my situation too so I took the online approach as well, even though I can't be with her at the moment, it will look good in a few years, you get to see the best part of a person online, their thoughts and feelings, and then you move to webcam and then real life. But you know the person isn't in love with your "performance" or your looks. Glad to hear it's going well with you two, best wishes for a future full of hapiness. I just want to past through the next few years and get to the good part of life.

You know....I thought the same thing at one point... :D :P
That's what I tried to tell my Family. I got a lot of bad attitude from people when I told them my relationship was an online one. Many people don't consider that a "real" relationship because it's not physical.
Most my family tried to talk me out of the relationship by telling me I didn't even know the person I was talking to. Then when the relationship moved over to the phone I caught hell for spending hours on the phone with some "Weirdo".
I think it really shocked everyone when I left. They thought it was just a phase...like all my other relationships, but here I am! Right in KROW's living room. :P
This is nothing like my other "real" relationships. This time I've actually got someone who's willing to put his effort into it and make it work. :D
I hope to one day have a woman who loves me for me.
I'm not gonna whine and cry about it, because I know it'll happen soon.
I guess I'm just like that. I guess I just take everything lightly sometimes, but I feel that's what we need to do every once in a while. You can't take everything too seriously, especially relationships. That's where stress comes in and destroys your entire sanity.
Like KROW said, 'Patience is a virtue.' He's living proof. :)
And I'm a very patient guy. I know it's gonna happen.

When you meet someone online you get to know them for who they are before you even know what the look like....:)
But then again there are some very bad parts about it... like the gross kidnappers, rapists, and yeah...:ohwell: And then there's the sex sites. UGH. Like, that "True" ****. I see ads for it all the time, mjust zoomed in pictures of girls chests/ girls licking their lips and it's like, "Love's blind. We know you're not." It's soooooo gross.
But yeah... I'm happy with an online relationship.. even thought I put up with alot of crap from people. I mean.... when shadow called this child abuse hotmline thing for me (i didnt want him to -.-) these people came to my house w/ the police and when they found out about shadow being my boyfriend.. they started arguing with me. The police were like saying they doubted he was 15 and that he was out to get me. I was like, "He's the one who CALLED you! You RETARDS!" And then the stupid bitch from the child abuse thing was like "well i dont think its good for you to have an online relationship, especially with a boy 3 years older than you" i SOOOO wanted to throw something at her..but i didnt.... that whore. she doesnt want me to talk to him! that bitch ><;;;
and so they made me go to therapy, and the stupid therapist tries to talk me out of being with shadow, and all the kids in my neighborhood make fun of me.. but its worth it cuz i love him :)
