Easy peasy if you're using PSP or Photoshop. I just drew all black outlines, used floodfill for the colours and then used a darken and lighten tool. After that I used a soften tool on the outlines, to make them stand out less.

Though still, I draw quite good. Both on computer and with pencil and paper.

Like I said, I like near Speedway, home of the Indy 500. I actually hear race cars echo during most of the month of May. So yeah.. the goofy sound effect that goes along with the pic just floored me! *snigger*
