Certainly looks like Tempestra. She was a video game character who was brought to life when lightning hit the arcade where the TMNT were playing.

I loved Leonardo in this episode. Does any one know from what season this is from?

I kind of liked the episodes that focused on Leonardo. Plus I just loved listening to his voice :D . I thought it sounded sexy alright!! who are you people to judge me :x

The main mole is called Headrush (and yeah, Paul Castiglia named him too, like the Con. Corps...) The other two are, like, little good angel and little bad demon mole things.
