Can anyone recommend a good audio player? I've been using Windows Media Player but it has been freezing when I try to minimize it, and I refuse to even use Winamp.

iTunes for the win. It's organized and it never crashes for me.

I use RealJukebox. It is reliable, supports almost all formats known to mankind and even has a recordfunction. And it doesn't phone home all the time.

I can also recommend MusicMatchJukebox V 6.0.0... because it has the same features and hardly ever crashes.

You should be able to get them at OldVersion.com (www.oldversion.com).

Yeah, I use Winamp. It rocks. What do you have against it?

I have a full version of Winamp 5, I swear by it. Other than that, BS Player I use sometimes.

I used Winamp up until college. I started using ITunes when I got my IPOD and for it's LAN functions and whatnot. I just got Airport Express, too, so I can play all my stuff on the home stereo.

But, for MP3s, ITunes is probobly the way to go (in my opinion). The search functions. The store (yeah, you can pirate, but it's always good to give a little back sometimes  ). It never crashes, burns CDs with ease, streaming audio is awesome, and you can play Quictime movies in full screen on it.

For everything else, I use BS Player. I HATE WMP.
