"Get rid of all the rats eh? What do you wanna do? Put me out of business?"

Baxter was an interesting character....almost a tragic character. A big nerd with a brilliant mind. I almost like him as a human better than a fly, but that mutation was pretty cool.

That fly saved him or I guess it woulda been curtains for him. Funny how the disentegrator wonderfully changed him into a fly instead of vaporizing both of them.
Krang showed he truly was merciless by throwing Baxter in there...so we know he is really is a megalomaniac not just full of hot air.
BAXTER: "Waaait, but I can help! I'm a scientist!"
KRANG: "So am I...and I don't need the help of a measly Earth creature"

Lets not forget that in the same episode, Shredder had a poisonous flower sent to April's apartment. That's probably the closest anyone has ever come to death in the series.

Yeah, that was pretty heartless of Shredder but he's the bad guy I guess.
From a bad guy's perspective why didn't he think of striking at April before...yeah he did kidnap her once and use her as bait, but the plant idea
was one of his better schemes.

I like Baxter very much - because he is one of the strongest Turtle enemys and because he can fly :D . I remember an episode in which he had a mighty computer friend and was nearly undefetable - but the Turtles - äh you know  .

The OriginalBaxter was much better. Not a wimp, but a madman. It seems we will be getting that in the new show.

Yah.. toootally. I hated Baxter as a fly... but that's prolly cause I just hate flies n maggots. And that Baxter the Fly was nothing like the horror movie, the Fly.

The only time I thought Baxter was a real threat him self was when he had that gun that turned people into animals.

You mean insects, don't you?
MICHAELANGELO: "Dudes, that is one humounous insect!"
DONATELLO: "Actually, it's an arachnid."
RAPHAEL: "This is a heck of a time for a biology lesson!"

Oh ok, now I remember. Infact, that was my favorite episode!
I was thinking of the time he got ahold of some mutagen and genetic insect DNA and was turning innocent people into bugs.

It happened in the 1993 season. I forget what the episode was called though.

Yeah, I liked him as a human better :D
He kinda became too evil for his own good..or at least that's what it seemed to me, always saying:
"Revenge...I must have revenge!"

Baxter turns people into mutant insects in "Revenge of the Fly"... it was an interesting episode but it really was just getting old. Baxter still somehow invincible by becoming a fly which he never demonstrated until Son of Return of the Fly.... if Baxter is so strong then when Shredder grabbed him in Return of the fly he would've had no trouble escaping or he would've dodged it in the first place. Baxter wasn't a bad character until Son of Return of the Fly. Him as a fly didn't particularly amuse me too much but it was funny how obsessed he was of getting revenge on the TMNT and he never gives a reason why he wants revenge on them. Still, I think Baxter should've been left human and something else should've happend to him to get rid of him. Not considering that Landlord of the Flies made absolutely no sense. How did he escape from that paralell universe or whatever that he was stuck in and where was the alien computer? You don't see it again until Revenge of the Fly. But it sort of made sense on how Baxter got free because Krang opens the portal to a place that could've been where Donatello sent him in Landlord of the Flies... ah well.
