Favorite TMNT artists

Just for fun:What are your favorite TMNT comic artists? Noticed I put "artists"...cuz you might favor more than one artist. The poll is multiple choice for people that like multiple artists. Lotsa options...hope I didn't make things hard to choose from. You can tell about the artists you voted for. That's optional.

Hands down Dan Berger for me.

Chris Allan all the way, he brought a good realism to the Archie series after Ken's cartoon like run.

It's a toss up between the TMNT god Laird and Allan. I love the Archie comics and Allan did some great work, but Lairds covers kicked!

Lawson's my main man, but I'll give a nod to Talbot for years of fantastic inking, and to Allan (pure nostalgia :D )

I voted for a couple guys. I don't even remember which ones I voted for. That's kinda weird. I liked alotta Eastman and Laird's stuff. They made a great team. I know that I voted for Michael Dooney, Dan Berger, Chris Allan, A.C. Farley, Rick Veitch, Jim Lawson, Steve Bissette, and probably some other artists. Too bad I don't remember. I liked alotta the guest artists like Rick Veitch. He did a great job on the comics he worked on. Lawson's early stuff was great. I like Allan's take on the Archie series. He did a great job as the penciler. I liked the Turtle barbarians that Eastman and Dooney worked on. Those were some of the best TMNT pin-ups.

I think Le sean did a great job its sad it lasted only 7 issues...

I really like Eastman he was good with details and Michael Dooney's work

I haven't seen alotta LeSean's work and I didn't consider havin' him as an option. I'll have him as a choice if it makes y'all feel better. EDIT: Well, looks like I can't mess with the poll. I wish I could. I woulda had LeSean as an option.

My favs would probably go like this:

Eastman
Laird
Jim Lawson & Ryan Brown (for the work they did in tales)
Dan Berger
Jim Lawson for City at War and vol 4 (I still need a few issues of vol 2 so I have not read it all yet...)
Michael Dooney (love the mans cover paintings, especially the remake of Lairds #4 cover)
Then some of the newer artist like Rick Remender and Scott Cohn.

I would only be able to add one more name to poll if I could seein' as it won't let me. I already have fourteen and I think that's enough. The poll only allows fifteen options maximum. Good to see that Eastman's in the lead. I woulda added Rick Remender but I haven't seen a lot of his artwork. I have a volume two issue of Tales where he did the artwork. I'm more familar with him than I am LeSean.
