Problem with DVD's?Have you had any issues?

Hey guys this is a bit of a strange subject?But I have two issues with the DVD's 1st you know on the side of the DVD's if you stack them together you get a pic of all 4 Turtles!Well my volume 5 has the same side(Raph) pic as volume 6 but the front covers are diffrent?Also I think its volume 13 but the battle nexus one about 45 mins into the DVD goes all blue but if you rewind like to just before it starts to go blue after it gets messed up it fixes?Anyone else have any issues?Thanks.

The lens on your DVD player may be dirty.
Try using a "lens cleaner" disc.
Also, if your disc (s) is/are dirty, clean it/them.

are you using a PS2 for your DVD player?

Cause I had the same problem with my Return To New York DVD but mine got all horribly pixelated, but did the same thing as yours.
