I like The Future Shark Trilogy. It was more then just 3 books. It spans across a bunch of books and it's so much fun to read them all and see how everything happened. I also like Terricide alot. I think that has to be my second favorite. Those are both Archie in case you don't read them.

Just about them all from Mirage Vol. 1, especially "Return to New York", that was such good series of issues.
Yeah IO like "Future Shark Trilogy" too, it's when Archie started to get "gritty" it's self.

Return to NY was probably my fav on the list, then City at War, I liked the Worms of madness, and the multiple leos in the 2nd tales series also... The river was pretty good I finally got the last issue for it :).
But my fav would have to be just the span of the first 11 issues by Eastman and Laird (including the micro series one shots). It imo is the TMNT at their best, followed with CAW and RTNY. It may not be considered an arc the first battle with the shredder and stockman then turtles in space and the return of the shredder are the issues that are my fav.
There are also a tone of good issues in vol 1, tales vol 1 was great, Vol 4 has been slow coming out every 2 months compared to other comics but is still interesting and has been good imo; Tales vol 2 has been great so far as well.
I have to collect a few more issues of vol 2 (which I have not read yet I still want to get those few issues before I read them all) and a small handful of vol 1 comics that I have not read yet.

I voted for Worms of Madness and RTNY. Worms of Madness was the story that got me into Tales volume two and it really took the reader to unfamilar places that were different for the Turtles. I only have the first book of Return to New York but from what I can tell it looks like this story arc is worth gettin' the comics I don't have from it. I'll be gettin' 'em for Christmas.
