Casey has a daughter from a previous marriage that April (and the turtles and practically all of the Justice Force) has helped raise.

April herself can't have kids because er technically she's not real. :ohwell:

All the drawings that faded away were drawn in pencil. The April that lived all these years was drawn in pen, and as we all know, pen is more permanent than pencil.
