I always loved the old one so I say, let's bring it back (let's just try and keep the spam a little down. Just a tiny bit.;) )
It's 10 am here and I am pretending to learn for a psychology exam I have to write in the evening. What's going on elsewhere?

Yes! This is one of my favourite threads of all time. One of my few succesful one's too.
So, let's see. Basically...I'm just sitting here. It's 4:10 am right now. I have a very nice case of insomnia that keeps me from sleep at least 3 times a week, so I'm usually always up and doing something. I would be up to my normal antics, drinking some Coke and playing games, but my sister decided to fall asleep on my couch. She was too afraid to sleep in her own room after watching Land of the Dead. I watched a couple episodes of Aqua Teen Hunger Force and then decided to hop on here and see if anything was going down.
I have work at 9 tomorrow, so this isn't very good. I'm quite used to it, though.
What up in other parts of the world, G's?

It just needed to happen. My funds were running low, my parents were getting quite upset at my lack of movement and...I got a new girlfriend who pretty much TOLD me to get to work.
I didn't honestly think the relationship would last so long, but it's become increasingly serious over the months. Once we settled into a nice little grove she finally told me to get moving.
I didn't take it serious at first, I pretty much lied and said I was doing something when I infact was spending more and more time sitting on my couch in my underwear, playing Gamecube. That eventually fell through when I had her pay for my ticket to Wonderland (A Canadian amusement park).
I got put in a tight spot, so I eventually got a job and now I'm pulling down tons of money to waste away AND I get action on the weekends! Score!

A friend of mine is just like that. He even started calling noon "morning" and evening "noon" without any humorous intentions. :lol:
Anyway, I never understood how one can possibly sleep so long. Even when I'm out till morning I usually wake up around 7 or 8 AM.

My friend takes the cake though. He just messaged me on MSN saying he had just gotten out of bed...At 5 PM.
It's 4:17 am and I just finished a powerpoint presentation that is due tomorrow. Time for some sleep before classes.

I have a cold and took some Nighttime Tylenonal cold medicine.
Normally that stuff doesnt work on me (except the medicine part, I just mean the sleep stuff) but God damn this stuff is kicking my ass. Im fighting tooth and nail to keep my eyes open.

Yes, it is. When I worked in the office, I had training there concerning healthy working conditions and good habits that I should follow in my workplace. One of the golden rules was:
Don't stand up too immediately, especially after long hours of sitting in front of the computer. Otherwise you may suffer from instant vertigo, faint and crash your head with the desk while falling down. You lose consciousness, bleed and die.
Working is horror. :dead:

A buddy of mine has a mini-fridge in his room. Whenever I come to watch football at his place, the fridge is full of beer and it's right next to the couch I always sit on. I don't even have to get up to get myself a beer! Life at its best, I tell you!

On the plus side, I did get to see my brother drag himself out of bed at 6 am to go to highschool. What a sucker.

10 am, and once again, I'm up for no particular reason. But I have to tell you what I've just seen on TV, it's beyond ridiculous. I was lying there in my bed, enjoying my warm blanket and cuddly pillow watching trash on TV. There is this show were this guy fixes relationships. Of course, it's all staged and the actors are as bad as the stories are, but today, I've seen the best of them.
So, this woman hires the relationship-guy to find out whether her husband has an affair. Turns out, he is indeed seeing another woman. But relationship-guy knows, because he probably read the script, that there's more to it so he continues investigations which consist of sitting in an office and stomping around in others' yards (of course, he cannot be seen, but he has a cameraguy and a microphone guy with him, so stealth probably isn't the biggest issue he has). In the end, he somehow finds out that the affair-woman was in an accident with the wife of affair-man shortly before wife gave birth to her kid. In this accident, affair-woman's kid was killed, so naturally, affair-woman thinks that wife's kid belongs to her and kidnaps the child. They drive out to some forest where relationship guy turns up as well. Affair-woman threatens to kill the kid, because she loves the girl and everybody burns whatever one loves. So she sets the car on fire with the girl in it. Relationship-guy saves the kid and overthrows affair-woman. And then, out of nowhere, two police cars and about sevenhundred SWAT-teams appear for no reason at all.

Yeah, that's supposed to be reality TV. At least they haven't gotten to the point where a twelveassed, french Mungo escapes a lab and relationship-guy has to find a big robot to fight off that Mungo. but they were all about exorcism during the week where "Emily Rose" opened.

4:30 am. I can't sleep, so, I created a new SNES BGM.

5 am here and I'm studying for the last of my 3 finals tomorrow but fortunately after that it will be sweet Christmas break time.

Well it's only 1:30 am here now but I know I'm going to be up all night tonight. My Senior Thesis is due Thursday and I'm struggling with it. Basically I've said everything I feel that is necessarly to be said and I'm still about 3.5 pgs short. I can normally BS that but this paper is different cause I need 3 predetermined faculty members to sign off on it. If it was just a grade I'd probably just turn it in 2-3 pgs short but it doesn't even count unless I reach the page requirements. So, I'm definitely struggling right now. Oh well, I've always believed sleep is overrated anyways.
