Walmart Exclusive Ninja Knights Set

The official site put a pic of this exclusive set up on Halloween day and it's available in Walmarts in both the US and Canada (which aramconbrat spotted:) ):

I might have been wrong. I made a few phone calls and Walmart.com has it available but in "limited quanitites" because they were imported from Canada... Even the photos of them on Walmart.com are Canadian images because you can see the SpinMaster logo.

So my American collectors, you can score a set for $19.99 on Walmart.com for sure right now! But no one is 100% positive if it is a Canadian Walmart exclusive or a Walmart exclusive right now...

The TMNT Director of Merchandising told me that it was a Canadian exclusive to Walmart (like the Elite Commando set last Xmas) so Walmart.com might just have imported a few for you guys!

Glad I could help... I've been bombarded with requests when it was believed to be "Canadian" (which we have yet to disprove)

I don't know how many Walmart.com has, or if they would get more if they ran out... But I will keep my eyes on the Canadian market and pick up a few for my overseas friends who need a set!

So if you are reading this (and most likely in the States), hop on over to Walmart.com and pick up a set! (because the collectors should get them before the kids right :-P)

$19.92 Cdn a set, and they seem to be pretty popular! I got mine, a back up and of course, a set for Jed.

I like them. They aren't anything overly special but at least they retained their $5 a figure price tag instead of having some pumped up price.

If anyone is outside of the states (can get it at Walmart.com), and outside of Canada (where we can get it at Walmart), and really really want a set, I am more than willing. I have references on here and have good feedback on Ebay! Just let me know as with the Elite Commandos, you couldn't find a set a few weeks before Xmas or ever again after!

Nope... I saw them once and passed up the chance and NEVER saw them again (except on Ebay) so I too am looking for a set. Found a website that will sell you a set for $250 US...

I figure I will find the figures at a garage sale eventually or in a lot on Ebay... I have been kicking myself ever since for letting them get away (but at the time I didn't know they were exclusive)

If you see those Elite Commando's don't hesitate to pick them up. IMO they are some of the coolest figures in the line so far. Love the camo patterns on them. It's unfortunate these weren't available individually carded. They would have sold better than the regular Fighting Gear that's for sure. I would still like to find the variation with the clear window.

This Gold Knight set looks great. I want to get it soon. To those of you who have ordered it from Walmart.com, how did the package arrive? Was the box covered in stickers or damaged in any way? I'd like to find one with a nice condition box.

If anyone wants a set at cost... and in as mint condition as I can find (I sit down and go through every set), let me know... I've had so many people on here help me out graciously and would be more than willing to do it for them!

But let me know asap because they were a popular item and I got to the store the second day they were on the shelves. (I was one of those annoying people who called Walmart twice a day asking the toy department... They got to know me, but I avoided them all when I went to pick up Jed's set and my set)

I make a few more checks of the Walmart here, get my sister to check the Walmart in the city she is in, and check the Walmart in Toronto... I might be able to score another set... I'll let you know.

When I contacted Walmart.com they said they were limited as they are a "Canadian exclusive". They sold off shelves extremely quickly here as $19.93 Cdn for four figure is an extremely good deal!

I'm going shopping on Thursday night so I will let you know if we have any here in Stoon. If not, then I will let you know when I get back from my little vacation if I have been able to find any...

So in a weird twist, I checked my Walmart flyer and luckily, they are advertising the gold ninja knights (which would make me assume they HAVE to have them in stock) although it does say 'limited quantities'.

ANYONE who needs a set HAS to let me know by TOMORROW as that will be my last chance to visit the Walmart here.

As with the Elite Commando set, I saw it once and never again so this might be the last time I see them... ever! Let me know!

The Gold Ninja Knights (if there are any left at Walmart) have gone on clearance! I picked up all the sets they had left yesterday!

Also Ooze containers are on clearance for under $1 at Walmart too.

The Elite Commandos were released last year as our Walmart exclusive (but the UK got them too).. Other than that...

We (as well as the UK) also got the mini plush figures that were stuffed animals a bit bigger than the action figures. Haven't seen those on the shelves in a long time now...
