Rat King?

I just watched my Mutants and Monsters DVD. There is a bionic dude that is created as kind of a clone of Bishop. In this character's follow-up episode, he seems to be hanging around rats, AND he's all bandaged up like the Rat King from the old toon. I also noticed in an article that an upcoming action figure is called "Rat King". So, I have to ask ... is this character the Rat King?? And, has he appeared at all since the episode where he fights the Turtles as they play 'stealth warrior'?

That monster is indeed the Rat King. He wasn't given a name and he hasn't appeared ever since, but I doubt that there will be another character with a bandaged face and rats as friends introduced.

But I somehow like the way they played that. It's obvious that he is the Rat King, but they weren't going like "ZOMG! Teh Rat King, ruler over rats, strong as an elephant... buy the action figure"

I agree, it wasn't just thrown out in the open. it would have been weird, considering we and the turtles know he's a clone of bishop, then to call him the Rat King would be odd. but i like that its intended :)
