I got the whole series from IRC. It is the only place with all episodes.

Yeah, IRC is my fave method...
You can also get some of them (tho not all) from www.wheeljack.com and also use the kazaa lite program to get a few, i've noticed quite a bunch of tmnt eps were starting to appear in kazaa lately ( www.kazaalite.com )

Yeah...there's more variety of episodes.
I gotta warn you tho, irc can be a kinda frustrating experience if you don't have a good connection, or patience, since you have to learn the commands (should be a piece of cake once you memorize em all) and wait in queue sometimes if many people are using the server.
Other than that, IRC is great imo.

Well If you have used ms-dos, the commands wont cause any problem. And IRC is the Only place to get all episodes.

Yah it's probably the only place that has 'em all, seeing how slowly new tmnt eps are appearing in kazaa, it'll still be a while untill they're all shared, if that ever happens which i seriously doubt.

I agree the commands are pretty much like ms-dos (i had an old pc which used that OS so i guess i was kinda used to the system when i first got in irc)

You can watch them with Media player if you have the Divx codec. The quality is allright, alltough it could be a lot better. When there is lot of movement, the picture gets blocky.

Personally i use microdvd player but you can use whatever player you want as long as you have the divx codec, like windows media player.
And yeah i agree the quality could be better...but it's allright i guess...considering it's a 193 episodes series i'd say it's the right combination of size and quality...and there's no vhs fuzz or washed out color (they were directly encoded from tv) or frame skipping, like in the RM versions, which i might add were lower resolution and lower bitrate (divxs have a bitrate of around 600, while the rms have a bitrate of 150, 225..) but in my opinion that's because the real video codec is either bad or dated, or both...not only is it way too blurry but it also can't handle movement very well (hence the frame skipping) and don't even get me started with the audio...divx not only uses an mp3 codec to encode sound unlike rm, which uses...um...i have no ideat what, but it also is a problem from the source it was taken (a directly encoded from tv sound will sound quite much better than one in vhs, but i'm guessing it was also realmedia's poor audio encoding fault here too..) so divx's probably the best quality you can get online so far...gotta warn you tho that they have some subtitles, but that didn't bothered me much.

Money i do not have, now that my bloody cd-rw is broken i guess my parents will have to save for that :sweatdro: and i had enough problems already..
But i know what you mean about the modem...back when i had a modem, i could only use it 8 hours a week and it was a slowwwwwww 28 k modem...it was a pain to download stuff, i remember once trying to dl a 13 mb file :sweatdro: it took forever..specially with the disconnections.
For now you could go to www.wheeljack.com nincompoop, they have some episodes there up for download, and you could use a download manager to resume if your connection gets cut off.
Tho it'll still take a while :(
Edit: also it seems the downloads are only up at certain time of the day...sorry, that's the only site i knew that has full episodes...hosting has become a problem now so there's not much sites with full episodes left now.

Yeah this only works at certain times. I downloaded 1 of the 3 episodes from there, but even during the times it supposed to work I can't get the others to download. They just will not start downloading. I've tried to refresh the page, go back and re-enter the page, and even left the page open for 2 1/2 hours. Hope others who download from there have better luck than i did.

Yeah i know, i also like the fact that people is spreading tmnt, so that they can get it for free and because when i started searching for tmnt eps there was almost none, so most people now wont have the same problem :)
