My question is why didn't Chris and Dean try to make her a part of the animated series on CBS during it's latter darker periord.

And why was/is she now a mother in her Furrlough stories, whose Idea was that?

Furrlough is a furries comic that often features Raphael's ex-gf Ninjara from the Archie TMNT comic series.

Ninjara first appeared in Furrlough around 1998. Mokoshen (the wolf man she dumped Raphael for) was murdered and Ninjara went on a revenge spree to find who did it. She has a little girl named Mocha (keeping up with her people's tradition of naming the first born after the father since Ninjara's real name is Umeko and was named after her father, Umi) who is the ancestor of Raphael's wife 100 years in the future, Mezcaal.
