Communication for Mario Kart DS

I feel that we, as a group of people (as in those of us who are online with Mario Kart) almost need some sort of specific way of communicating with eachother about playing MKDS online, because otherwise just sorta hafta guess when any of us is trying to find a game with other friends. I guess some sort of chat room would work, but I wanted to open it up to ideas and such. So discuss away.

PS: I know it's kinda sickening how enthusiastic about all this I am, but bear with me.
