:o :o

They're all really really-- very good.:o Leo's headband looks like its from the Kaya dynasty-era.:P Wow. Hey, if he ever feels like it, maybe he can start drawing for Volume 4.

Thanks for sharing, Putrescent. Awesome avatar, by the way.

I know right to be honest I was expecting negativity seems to be the trend on the drome these days so glad you agree though!
I would die and I'm sure the sales of the book would totally go up if he would draw volume 4 the comic he was doing the walking dead actully sells out...it's freaking nuts the only other comic I have finding is tmnt volume 4 and thats cause they order like 2 or 3 copies lol.....
I'm actully going to write to him and see if he will do more tmnt sketches.
I'd like to see how he'd draw shredder infact.
btw thanks I just made the avatar and sig tonight :)

That's actually pretty cool... interesting how the torso is kept boxlike so the legs still appear to be coming out of the shell like they would on a "real" turtle. The face is humanlike, but I really like the way it's done. And those arms...wow. One day I hope to be able to make arms (especially muscular ones) look that good.

I haven't kept up on the new comics at all (partially because I don't know where to go... and I would be more interested in vol. 1 anyway) but I really would like to see what this guy can do with it!

Can't see negativity here... his art is very detailed and just plain-out amazing! Are you seeing this guy's detail? I'd REALLY want this guy to do an issue or two of Tales. Too bad he can't replace Lawson on TMNT Vol. 4!

well I think we should all write to peter and express how much we like his work and how much we'd like him to work on tmnt it's the only way it's gonna happen unless they are allready in contact with him for all we know they may not even have seen him or his work or his amazing talent!

Holy jumping christmas sh*t!!!! Those sketches are the sh*t!!!! I would like to note how Casey's hockey mask resembles Jason Voorhees' to a "T." Lemme find a picture to put up for comparison, but I think it's odd he would do that. Still cool nonetheless!

Holy hell, I am in love. Splinter's head looks kind of odd, but Leo and Casey look amazing.

:o SPLINTER IS AMAZING! Look at all the detail, that's just awesome! Thanks for sharing man.

Don't feel Leo as much, too fat with huge arms and weird legs. And I hate the human head no matter who draws it, but it IS well done, and always nice to see other people's approach to the turtles.

Casey is awesome except for the mask, I think it's too much like Jason from the new movies.

I think Moore did some He-Man comics as well, or at least one issue of the spin offs. Maybe Beastman or Trapjaw, one of those. Am I wrong?

You can't see the neagtivity here, yet you insisted on throwing in a NEEDLESS jab at Jim Lawson? You don't think that's a little negative (not to mention unnecessary)?

As for the pictures, they are pretty cool. I don't think they're groundbreaking but still cool nonetheless.

I love the Walking Dead series, and it would be great if he drew an issue of Tales.

An issue of this would be Mindblowing. Perhaps it would be of benefit to write letters to peter? ;)

Okay, let me rephrase...

I don't see any negativity towards Tony Moore, considering the author of the thread said he was surprised not to see any negativity towards Tony Moore, you know, the guy we're all talking about? No one's even thinking about Jim Lawson. I brought Lawson up because Fledermaus came up with the idea of Moore drawing for Volume 4, which in-turn would mean he'd have to replace Lawson, and I was just simply agreeing with him.

Happy now? Kthnx!

And I hate the human head no matter who draws it, but it IS well done, and always nice to see other people's approach to the turtles.I can agree somewhat here. I think what's happening is Leo's legs and head are too small, so they make him look too big around in comparison and make his arms look crazy huge. However, each part is done well, if not in the correct proportions, necessarily. As for the head... I'm starting to prefer more turtle-like heads myself, but I think for a human-style head, it's great. The pencils are so smooth, too.

Splinter's expression is weirding me out, but I still like how he's done. This guy is awesome. If he ever does an issue of TMNT, I would definitely look for it.

Very nice but Leo's legs look funny...why does the shell continue thru his legs? They look funny sticking out of a box shaped shell. And he has a tail....if the shell goes up his butt, you shouldn't be able to see a cute widdle tail...His eyes give me a zombie feel, if there's no bandana, should be eyeballs, not a blank expression.
And splinter's mouth should be bigger, it's not at the tip of his snout.

Other than that, there's alot a nice attention to the details, no doubt tons of thought went into it.

That little "in-joke" made the Casey pic my favorite instantly. That's awesome.
