Shredder's other voice...

[Spitfire]

I was watching Shredder Triumphant today and I noticed his voice was different. I havn't seen much of the later seasons so I don't know when it changed exactly. But that episode is in Season 7. Anyways I can't stand it. It's horrible...maybe it's because it's different then what I'm used to but I don't like it at all. Who is the guy who does his other voice and why did the orginial Shredder leave the show?

William Martin in the 1995-1997 seasons.

It's said that James Avery left, because he wanted to pay full attention to Prince of Bel-Air, funny seeing as how it had been on since '90, actually I think it has he himself that said it.

That's what I heard too. Funny with Fresh Prince. I discovered that that was him in that show just by listening to him. I was like, "Wait don't I know that voice from somewhere?" Hard to believe it was him. The newer Shredder voice I didn't care for. I almost prefer the other substitute voice in some of the 1989 eps.

anyone know where to find clips of the alternate voices for characters, other than the alt krang i dont at all remember alt voices for other characters, especially Shredder.
