what do you think these little rugrats will look like? i imagine the head of the regenta (sorry, i dont even know what species of dinosaur she is...) and the turtle's shell, perhaps with a long tail. i actually done a sketch last night but i dont have a scanner (dont even have a computer - this is my work's i'm on the now!)

also, i really hope michelangelo'll get to raise one! how cool would that be!

in vol 4 of TMNT, michelangelo saved an alien dinosaur princess called seri from drowning, and they then went on to make some sweet lovin'. the next day, michelangelo wakes up to find she's layed a bunch of eggs! get in mikey!

I doubt they're his, it's not gonna happen. No way can they mate one night, lay eggs the next. It takes a good month or so to form the eggs(going by reptile standards). So they're not his.
My idea is that the little $#!+ is gonna frame Mike, or alreayd did and that's why he's in jail. The babies are probably actually a tricertatons' kids. She's a protoceratops-like dino-chick, not a triceraton - and supposedly her species thinks lowly of the other.

What Buslady said. They ain't his; they ain't gonna look like him. Even by alien reptile standards... the whole "next day" aspect is suspicous. Poor Mikey....

Didn't Laird say in the latest letters collumn that he has no interest in "exploring the TMNT's sexuality" or something?

So yeah, I'd imagine they aren't gonna be his.

He does, he just hasn't been able to work out a way of addressing it.

It is possible Mikey did get to be the first to get it on with someone...but no way they're his kids.

Ditto on everything Buslady said... and I really dislike Seri's attitude she wouldn't be a good match for Mike and if there was any good in her she wouldn't leave him in jail like that... I really hope that she is only making it up....:ohwell:

Everything at this point is conjecture (maybe some century all these questions will be answered... :ohwell: ), but, judging from the way she basically got kidnapped by her own bodyguards and brought home against her will (and, seeing how protective she was of her eggs, I doubt she'd have let them gather them like that unless they forcibly seperated her from them), suggests that she has no real power of her own (and that "We have our orders" thing was kind of suspicious-sounding... whose orders?). I haven't read the ones where Seri arrives, and that may have given more hints about her society... I could be off on a few points. But I really do doubt it was her idea for Mike to get clobbered and stuck in the deepest darkest prison. I don't think there's any way she would've let him touch her with a ten foot pole unless she really was at least semi-interested in him. I mean, she didn't have to sleep with Mike to pin the eggs on him if that's what she wanted to do; she could just flat lie and say he raped her or something, when he hadn't touched her. They'd definitely take her word over his.

There's several things that don't make sense: how fast she laid the eggs, for one, and I'm very skeptical that Peter Laird would let the Turtles have any offspring, anyway. I do think something very strange is going on, but not necessarily treachery on her part. Doesn't mean it can't be.
The fact that they didn't just kill Mike. That they took the trouble to hide him to get him back to their homeworld is telling... I just don't know what it's saying. :p
There's also the saurian woman at the prison that looked like Seri: I really think it wasn't her. The guards seemed genuinely perplexed at just who Mike was talking about, the gal looked pretty confused too, and I believe them when they say the Regenta wouldn't set foot in a place like that: I don't think they'd let her even if she wanted to.
I kinda have a feeling Mike will be uncovering some kind of coup against the planet's regent. I'm probably waaaaayy off, but it's fun to speculate, anyway, and I have a tendency to dream up wild stuff like that when it turns out to be really simple. *shrug* I am thinking Seri doesn't have much control over things, either way. Maybe in another year we'll find out what's going on, heh. :goofygri:

ok...I' haven't read the comic but from what I can glean from what every one is saying is that michaelangelo and this dino princess chick only slept together once and then the next day she had eggs for Mike?

Are we really sure Michaelangelo actually slept with Seri? Because this is kinda of weird; could she maybe have drugged him and let him think they slept together some how? (mind you I haven't read these comics)

Also what was Michaelangelo's reaction to having eggs that are suppossedly his? Was he shocked or acted at all skeptical or suspious that he could father eggs on Seri in one night? Or was more like "there mine? Hot damn I'm viril!!".

Also Another question how did Seri act toward Michaelangelo before this all happened, did she have any genuane affection for him or did she show superficialness toward him? How she acted toward him prior to all this crazyness may hint at if she set him up or not.

I have severe difficulties trying to keep a synopsis SHORT. :p

I haven't read the whole arc that Seri is in (apparently she displayed a rather snotty I'm-a-princess-and-I'm-so-important attitude), so I can't say for sure, myself, but she did accept an invitation from Mike to go on an outing (AND she left her bodyguards behind), and they were swimming together in the ocean (nude... but I don't think her people have a nudity taboo, so it didn't seem like that big a deal to me).
We saw Mike's thoughts about how he was attracted to her, and wondered if he didn't have a chance because he's a commoner. At one point, she tried to take a lobster from a trap she found below (she has a liking for shellfish), and Mike grabbed her wrist and stopped her (since it's against the law to steal lobsters from a trap that's not yours). When they reached the surface, she slapped him, and chewed him out about putting a hand on the Regenta without her permission, and if they were on her home planet, he'd lose that hand, blah blah (although she didn't seem bothered holding on to him during the motorcycle ride up there)... then he explained to her about the law, and if commoners can obey the law, surely a princess can? That helped, but she was still a little miffed, so she dived (dove?) again and continued swimming.
Then, she got caught up in a fishing boat's net, and Mike frantically made his way to the boat, borrowed a knife from the fishermen, and cut Seri out; she was unconscious by that point. He got her to the beach, but she still wasn't breathing, so he had to do mouth-to-mouth rescussitation. She coughed up a lot of water, then asked what happened, and he told her, and apologized for being so forward, but she was drowning and all. She was greatful for the rescue, she told him it's okay, but among her people, sharing breath like that is an action reserved only for one's mate, or one's intended. He apologized again, but she told him she was actually rather pleased. He looked kind of taken aback, but she took his hand, and made her way back to the water. He asked if she really wanted to go swimming again after she almost just drowned, and she said, yes she did, "and... we won't just be... swimming." He says "Oh?" Then he seems to catch on. "Oh..."

And I'm going "Uhm... hullo? Did I really just read that?" :tsurpris:

In the next comic, it's morning, and Mike is looking at this tiny little crab he found, while Seri is resting in the sand a short distance away, curled around this sandy mound. He asks if she's asleep, she says she's just resting, and he says, yeah, "I'm a little wiped out myself... it was, uh, quite a night..." :teek: Mike approaches, and shows her the little crab, setting it down on her lump of sand. It starts burying itself in the sand, and she sits up in alarm. She snatches the crab away and eats it! He's kind of upset (he wanted to take it home for a pet), but she pats at the sand mound, saying the eggs must be kept safe. He kind of stares wide-eyed at her for a second. "Did you...did you just say... 'eggs'...? I thought I heard you say 'eggs'..." She says yes, "My eggs... our children..." He answers "Our...? Wow... I... wow. That was, uh, fast..." He reaches out to touch the mound, as he starts to ask how many there are, but she grabs his wrist and tells him he mustn't touch them. He gets defensive, and she apologizes, and explains that it's a protective instict common to her species. He's still a little annoyed, "Great. Fine. I got it. Now... could you let go of my arm?" "Oh. Right." Only then does she let go.

The next comic: Seri says it's time to get going, he agrees, but she says she needs some kind of padded container to carry the eggs in. He runs up to the shops on the beach to get one. He thinks about how cool it is to walk around among humans without a problem, "...could life get any better? Well... maybe having some kids with an alien princess--! Wait 'til I tell the guys...". He buys a bag (looks like one of those soft-sided coolers). On the way back, he's thinking about how he likes it here away from the city and "Seri seems to like it here... maybe we could--" he's startled to see a shuttle on the beach, and Seri's bodyguards. One is gathering the eggs in a container, the other has Seri by the wrist. She's protesting "No--! You don't understand! Stop--!" The Styracodon says "We-- we have our orders, Highness..." Seri sees Mike, she calls to him, all frightened-looking. He punches the guard holding her wrist. The other one says he should stay out of this, "This is a royal matter -- and none of your affair!" Seri is still freaking out, and Mike tells the guard to hand over the eggs. Mike beats them up a bit, but one pulls a stun blaster and nails him. Seri looks frightened, "No! stop it--!"
They go back to Mike's story at the end of this comic. The two guards are escorting Seri through the port, to go back home. She's walking with her hands clasped in front of her, head down, looking sad, and utterly defeated. The guards do all the talking while she contemplates the floor. They are taking a crateful of lobsters back with them, and it's revealed to us that they've got Mike hidden in the bottom of the crate! The Utrom inspecting the container can't see the bottom chamber, and the stasis container is messing up the bioscan, so, unaware, he lets them through.

The next comic shows Mike waking up in a "Royal Detention Center". He realizes he's on Seri's homeworld. The other prisoners tell him he's gonna rot there forever, it doesn't matter what he did or didn't do... the law doesn't touch this place. Mike figures it's a political misunderstanding, and Seri will clear it up.

...he's still there a month later, (I skipped a comic, the last one just reinforcing what a bad place Mike's in). The prisoners are out on the grounds, and Mike sees a female of Seri's species. Seri wears hoops in her crest (like earrings), and this female does too... anyway, he thinks it's Seri, come to get him out of there. Jumping off a tall guy's shoulders, he leaps up to the top of the high wall where he saw her (kinda far away to see her clearly), and gets threatened by the Styracodons accompanying the lady, and what appears to be a male of her species (although on the cover he's green and she's a magenta color). She's frightened, and the male holds her, trying to comfort her. Mike calls her Seri, the Styracodon guard says nobody here has that name, Mike clarifies that he's talking about the Regenta, and the Styracodon laughs, saying "Why would such a noble lady set foot in this cesspool?" (I would think that would insult the lady they're accompanying :p) He knocks Mike back down to the ground below, who loses consciousness, "Seri... whyyy..." (Awww. :()

In the last two comics, he's escaped (one of the other prisoners, who's befriended him, sacrifices himself to get Mike out, aww), has a run-in with some Triceratons, and someone said he appears to be teaming up with them in the next issue.

But still no explanation of what's going on on Seri's end. Some people have suggested that that was Seri at the detention center, pretending she didn't know him, but I personally don't think so. Something really weird is going on, anyway.

Oh my, when i posted this i was just an innocent young ike, naive to the ways of the world... now reading all the replies it seems we've got a few conspiracy theorists! i had'nt even thought that they might not be his! Guess the word on the streets for mikey is to.... Trust No-one!

Hey Aska, that's some synopsis - kinda rips my "saves princess - gets laid" one before it to complete shreds!! i also don't believe that was the Regenta at the prison - not her kinda scene! Let's face it, all these dino chicks look the same!

ugh, I guess Michaelangelo is just straight up being niave, I would think that he would at least would have been suspious. I think that Seri is decieving him. I also think that the real father or those eggs is the one that ordered Seri's body gaurds to get her and is behind Michaelangelo being tossed in prison.

What do you all think?
