Swamp Thing/Muckman
Frankenstein/Krang’s Android Body
Howard the Duck/Ace the Duck
Alien/Killer Pizza
Many more on the top of my head. But, I can't think of them all.

Oh, you forgot about Macc, the robot from the future who was an obvious parody of Johnny 5 from Short Circuit.

well, the TMNT was originally a parody of Ronin, drawn by Frank Miller, who drew the daredevil comics (did he create daredevil?), so of course they had to work in the origin of the daredevil into their first comic =)
of course, who can forget the TMNT parody, ADOLESCENT RADIOACTIVE BLACK BELT HAMSTERS !!!!

No, Daredevil was created by Stan Lee and Bill Everett. *But* Frank Miller's stint on the series is considered one of the best Dardevil runs, if not one of the best runs in comics in general. Miller introduced characters like Elektra, and I'm pretty sure was the first one to play up the ninja aspect in the series.
So, while he didn't create Daredevil, he certainly helped make him the great character he is today. :)

In cartoon he is. In the new version of The Fly the guy changes to a man-fly because there is a fly in his teleportation device. It's a clear parody.

Rex-1 I belive is a parody off of Robo CopHe might be, but he'd be more of a parody if he was a cyborg and not just a full robot...

Oh, you forgot about Macc, the robot from the future who was an obvious parody of Johnny 5 from Short Circuit.Hence the plug, "NUMBER 5! What brings you here?"
BTW, he's only called "Johnny 5" for the most part in the second one. He's just called "Number 5" in the first one, becuase that's his number. He donned the "Johnny" part after listening to "Who's Johnny" by El DeBarge on the radio in the car that he was driving in the first movie.
The second one OWNS the first one...

Just thought of another one, Destructor X from Return of the Turtleoid was probably a paroty off of the Terminator. He doesn't have human skin like the terminator did but it's the same basic concept.

But of course, the Turtle Terminator, which appeared in the episode of the same name, was probably a closer parody than Destructor X

20,000 Leaks under the sea: where Krang and Shredder pump water into the city. The title is closer to the parody than the episode itself.
And there was an episode that involved a character that was something like "Phantom of the Opera".

Yeah, the Turtles were parody in themselves of the ninja aspect in Daredevil and teenage mutants? The X-Men, of course. This was even stated in Wizard issue #136. Oh, and also. The whole incident in the comic with the blind man in front of the truck. Truck swerves, canister bounces out and hits man in the side of the head? Obvious parody of Matt Murdock's incident that changed him into Daredevil. The Turtles and DD came from the same incident.

Yes it is a known fact that the first issue of TMNT was made as a parody.
