RightStuf now lists this next DVD. I'm thinking "Aliens Among Us" & "Mutant Outbreak" as they were originally announced will never be released. The episodes will be in a different order on these DVDs instead. Maybe there'll be no "Scion" cliffhanger to the next DVD after all..?

So long as the next 3 DVDs (3.7-3.9) contain 16 episodes between them (probably 6 on 3.7 and 5 each on 3.8 and 3.9) and cover all the episodes listed below then I don't really care which DVD they're on since they're that messed up already!
63. Nobody’s Fool
70. Hun On The Run
84. Grudge Match
85. Wing And A Prayer
87. Aliens Among Us
88. Dragons Rising
89. Still Nobody
91. Samurai Tourist
92. The Ancient One
93. Scion Of Shredder
94. The Prodigal Son
95. Outbreak
96. Trouble With Augie
97. A Tale Of Master Yoshi
98. Return Of Savanti Part 1
99. Return Of Savanti Part 2
If they cover all these and DON'T cover any of 100-104 then that leaves us with Vol. 3.10 to cover 100-104 and allows them to move forward with the new season IN ORDER once more!
In a perfect world I'd love to see this order;
TMNT 3.7: HUN ON THE RUN
63. Nobody’s Fool
70. Hun On The Run
84. Grudge Match
85. Wing And A Prayer
87. Aliens Among Us
88. Dragons Rising
TMNT 3.8: RISE OF THE NEW SHREDDER
89. Still Nobody
91. Samurai Tourist
92. The Ancient One
93. Scion Of Shredder
94. The Prodigal Son
TMNT 3.9: RETURN OF SAVANTI
95. Outbreak
96. Trouble With Augie
97. A Tale Of Master Yoshi
98. Return Of Savanti Part 1
99. Return Of Savanti Part 2
TMNT 3.10
100-104!
IF they do that then I'll be VERY happy with the DVDs!

Return Of Savanti? That should be before Fast Forward cause the Time Travel thing could totally be covered with Savanti involved.

They need to...
1) Make up their minds on what they want to post on those DVDs.
2) Finish Season 3.
3) Take out that godawful DVD artwork (and put something decent on there) and fix up their DVD menus.

Lol, thanks! I just really like them to have the episodes in the right order. Even more so because this is, or was until the new CITV Channel, the only way for me to see the episodes, and still is for the second half of season 3.

:roll:Yes. On all three counts. Plus I'd really like to see some more behind-the-scenes stuff. Rough animation and pencil tests, maybe? Eehhh, but this is a TV show and I don't know how much they document that stuff. It would still make me really happy. [/dork]

Funimation has given the offical site (http://www.ninjaturtles.com/html/dvd_toons.htm) an update concerning the DVD release schedule..
Upcoming releases (titles and release dates subject to change):
Volume 3.7 - "Hun On The Run" - May 16
Volume 3.8 - "The Rise of the New Shredder" - August 29
Volume 3.9 - Title to be decided - November 7
Fast Forward 1.1 - Title to be decided - January 30, 2007

That's VERY worrying.
3 DVDs, let's say they all have 6 episodes, so that's 18 episodes. There are 21 episodes left in Season 3 and 4 that aren't on DVD yet! That means 3 episodes won't make it!
Unless they have 7 episodes on 3.8 and 8 episodes on 3.9 (or vise-versa) then we're not gonna get them all on DVD!
How can we contact Funimation and tell them we want ALL the episodes and to please add in an extra DVD or put more episodes on the last 2 DVDs so we can get all of the series?
The only other option I can see here is they do 6 episodes on 3.7 and 3.8, then do the 5 episodes (100-104) on 3.9. That would leave 4 episodes over. Now they do 6 episodes per DVD for Fast Forward. That would mean 30 episodes over 5 DVDs; this could be the 26 episodes from Season 5 plus the remaining 4 episodes from Season 3 and 4 as out of order "Bonus Episodes" like they did with the Season 2 DVDs. I wouldn't like this, but at least it means the episodes would get released.
As far as I know all the episodes of Season 3 are on DVD except for Hun On The Run (which will be on "Hun On The Run" I imagine:P ). Nobody's Fool was released as a DVD single, but I hope it's included on "Hun On The Run" too.

This is why I refused to buy any TMNT DVDs when they came out and still do so today. To me, only putting three to four eps on one DVD and, ipso facto, forcing people who want all the episodes to fork out the bananas for dozens and dozens of DVDs is just another ploy to make more money. Period.
Until they start treating this series with a little respect and release full-season box sets, (like almost every other show in existence!), then I won't buy any of their DVDs. 'Damn shame, really.

As I've heard before and had to relay over and over again, Funimation claims they only get the episodes from 4Kids. 4Kids decides how the episodes are are released, then gives them to Funimation to distribute on DVD. At least that's what they said when TVShowsOnDVD contacted FUNi about cutting the openings off the multi-parters on DVD: 4kids decided to do that. :ohwell:

So how can we contact 4Kids? Cutting the openings is bad enough, but having the episodes so out of order that some of them might not appear on DVD is unforgivable!

Mini-DVDs....that's the only way we will get some of the episodes I bet. Like Nobody's Fool. And these compaines wonder why fans make pirate DVDs...

That's exactly what I'm gonna do when all of season 3 is out on DVD, and season 4 eventually. I'm gonna buy enough dual layer DVDs and put them all in the proper order. I'll own all the original DVDs so I figure I'll do what I want with them once I pay for them.

I gave up on the DVDs quite a while ago but I picked up some of season 3 because I just had to have "Same as it Never Was" and "Exodus".
The release schedule is really getting annoying and I do believe it's all 4kids fault.
I wouldn't really expect Fast Forward to have 6 episodes per disc. 4 seems much more likely, 5 at the most. Heck they might even go back to 3 episodes... but because this is a revamp intended to be a bigger cash cow than the previous DVDs then they'll put less episodes on those discs since that "series" is 26 total (maybe).

Just a question for the guys/gals who are going to be burning their own DVDs;
Where do you intend to put "The Christmas Aliens"? It obviously goes after "Space Invaders" and "Worlds Collide", but how soon? I've never seen it (hopefully I'll get the DVD soon or CITV will show all the episodes again when they've finished season 4) so I was just wondering where you thought it fit in best.
I haven't really thought about it. I think on the Official Site's list it has it as the first episode of season 3. I don't know why but I imagine it being before "Space Invaders" and "Worlds Collide":-?

The Christmas Aliens received its own DVD called Michelangelo's Christmas Rescue. They released it during Christmas two years ago and last year. You may have to wait until Christmas time again to get it in stores, or you can find it online.

I assumed it was set later in the season as the initial synopsis on the official site said it was intended to air later in the season. I thought this might have been for plot as well as seasonal reasons, but reading through the more complete summary on there now I guess it could very easily go at the start of the season.
Thanks guys!

It looks like this volume, TMNT Vol 22: Rise of the New Shredder, may have been pushed back a bit on the release schedule. It was previously scheduled for August 29th, but Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FS2VUY), Video Universe (http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=7058442&style=movie) & Best Buy (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=15078461&type=product&id=1546921) all list a September 19th release date for a "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Season 4" DVD from FUNimation. I think the title is that because this will be the first volume with all season four episodes. It may even end up being titled Vol 4.1 instead of 3.8. *shrug*
