ok, we are in #tmnt-files, and im getting some eps as usual. pwdesai comes in, and says his is on, and we talk about this and that. anyways, he thinks its fun to stop my DLs and such, cussing at me on the fserve, which is fine, b/c i like joking around.

so, later deathknight and him get in a kicking/banning contest b/t the two. it was pretty fun to watch. later, i was surfing on ebay, and i come back to see im kicked yet again. i try to join, and it says my address is banned? so i message pwdesai, and ask him if he is done yet. he says "nope" then "i dont like you". wtf?

i tell him to 'eat my asshole', as it was the most intelligent thing i could think of at the time. then he gets all pissy and offended (nevermind the '**** YOU's and etc. i got earlier while in the fserve, now he has morals and cant be joked with) and tells me im never getting back in there.

well, i try it again later, and i get in. in short, i tell pwdesai if he cant take a ****ing joke, then he doesnt need to be an op. to which he replies 'you never swear to an op'? HAHAHA i mean WTF? his ego trip is insane. is this the nazi #tmnt-files now? to the point where he cant take a joke, yet can dish it out all day? at this point he once again banned me, with the message "there's a half hour to think about what you did". bwhahahahha. who the hell does he think he is? this is ********!

someone please either force him to never ban me again, or de-op him. this is rediculous.

btw..let me guess...hes a mod on the forums too? so now im going to be banned from here for speaking my mind? good lord pwdesai, save the drama for yo mama!

Oh stop your whinning, I was constantly banned when I was a newbie. All the ops thought it was fun to piss me off by kicking and banning me. Complaining about it isn't going to get you anywhere. And by the way, you were unbanned about 30 seconds after you got banned for 30 minutes.

In short, he likes to abuse his position (how he deserved it, nobody knows), likes to call anybody that's not on his level (in other words, ignorant lowlife) such as myself a "social outcast" when in fact he seems to be the more likely candidate for that title knowing that he OPS A FRIGGIN' IRC CHANNEL!

Well if they go into kick wars i don't mind since they're most likely joking around, i also dont mind him banning spammers, since it helps the channel, but banning someone because he doesnt like him is something i can't allow...so i'll unban you as soon as i can get in.

Well he has the right to ban you from his fserver i guess, but he still cant ban you from the channel, so i apologize for this...also while i don't like ops abusing their powers, we're not a "nazi" channel as you put it, we're fine for the most part, and when a problem appears, people usually post em here (no, not in THE official tmnt-files forum where there's a section for IRC help, HERE) and says the whole channel is bad...well no, we're not nazi, we're not racist, we don't kill people, and we're not german.

Sure, maybe i should be more often in the channel and try to moderate everything, but i can't, i'm only a person, i can't be on 24/7, specially lately that dalnet has been having problems, so please give me a break, as no other ops will probably help me out (and some of them probably are having the dalnet problems too)

Knowing how he is, if i tell him not to ban anyone (which i DO REMEMBER DOING, since i clearly told him not to ban/deop people if i gave him ops) he'll probably get angry, and he also happens to be my friend, which puts me in a difficult position, since if i tell him not to ban people anymore, he'll either get pissed with me or forget it after a while, and if i deop him he'll most likely get pissed too, and i don't want that to happen, but who cares about me right?
As for him being a mod, don't worry, he isn't a mod either here or in the tmnt files forum, so you getting banned from here because of pwdesai being a mod is not a possibility.
So again, i apologize for this, and ask you to please understand this is a free service, as such, we are all doing this voluntarily, and try to do our best at it, but sometimes troubles do happen, so yes the channel is not perfect, but we try..

Oh i agree with that...i've been thinking about that some time ago actually, because i might not be the greatest person on earth, therefore i should not be picky with the friends i have, but pwdesai's attitude is getting out of hand, and if i talk to him about something we can't just reach an agreement, he'll most likely get pissed off with me, while i'm just trying to tell him to respect the people around him.
And that, sorry if i sound cruel but is frankly what i think, is not a friend...i mean you can't just treat people badly then expect to be awarded or whatever, it's not how things work, be it on tmnt files, or at this forum, or whatever.
What he said, "you can't insult an op", was partly right, and partly a part of his power trip...because, yes, you can't insult an op for no reason, but i was lead to believe he started it, and judging at pwdesai's past 'fights', i'm afraid i'll have to believe xZAOx.
