Isn't a fanfictional character a character invented in fanfiction? Or did I get something wrong there?
Oh, it that what it was?
Woops.
Damn. I guess I really do need to get new glasses. Sorry 'bout that.

Well, I don't know what a fanfictional character is, but that's what I assumed it was. So, Lady Mew, can we have a little bit of insight on what you mean by "fanfictional".
Besides, I'd love to bust out all my favourite original characters.

The problem with a thread about posting your list of favorite fanfiction characters is that most likely no one else knows of those characters. So, rather than just puting a name, a small description next to or under the name would be helpful.
I myself have created my own characters over time, though practicly all of them are not from existing fictional universes out there. Practicly all of them are from my own created universes and stories.

Kuririn from Dragonball/Z
Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, Fire, Ice, Guy Gardner of Justice League fame
The Thing (as in the Fantastic Four)
Spider-Man
Huck Finn
Tom Sawyer (in his own book-- not so interesting in Huck's)
And, of course, the A-Team
Also Starfox (like that game where you shoot things)
George Costanza, too

Well, fictional characters? Hell yeah! I've got plenty of em. More than I can likely remember right now, so I'll try my best.
Sherlock Holmes - 19th century crime-solving heroin-addicted detective with an unparallelled attention to detail.
Tom Quinn from Spooks (MI:5 in the states). A troubled brooding British intelligence agent who never seemed to have the greatest luck with the ladies.
Lt. (Err, Cap'n?) Kara "Starbuck" Thrace, Battlestar Galactica 2003 - She's arguably the best viper pilot in the fleet and could probably drink the ship's resident drunk under the table. She's been kinda lame recently, but I hold out hope that she'll get into more dog-fights/brawls in Season 3.
Edmund Blackadder, Esq from Blackadder the Third - Rowan Atkinson shines as Prince Regent, George's snarky quick-witted butler. I love all the Blackadders, but the Third is far and away my favourite.
Capt. Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek: TNG - Best thing to come out of Starfleet since sliced gold pressed Latinum.
Indiana Jones from... well, Indiana Jones and the <insert perilous quest here> - Bad-ass Nazi-punchin' snake-hatin' Archaeologist who likes grails, arcs, strong-willed women who never stay put and fedoras.
Lenny Briscoe from Law and Order - Can't stop the 'Bach.
Captain Malcolm Reynolds from Firefly - Hicks in Space! No one could deliver a line like Cap'n Mal. No one.
Artie, the Strongest Man in the World from Pete and Pete - I've always felt drawn to Artie, be it because of his affection for funk music or for his unerring dedication to the greater good. We are eternally kindred spirits.
Victor von DOOOOOOM - No explanation needed.

Wow, this could be a while. But off the top of my head:
-Admiral Adama, Col. Tigh, and Starbuck from BSG (not literature, but first to come to mind)
-Pip from Great Expectations
-Batman, Thing, Daredevil, Spider-Man, Colossus, Beast, Shadowcat, Nightcrawler
-Robocop
Err...okay, let's see...
Batman. An insperation to me as a kid (I was so disappointed when I found out there was a Batgirl :P). Only in the recent years when I've actually made myself look into the backgrounds of my favorite characters did I realize how hard life had hit him and how determind he was. In my eyes, only a true hero would go out of his way to train his/her body to it's peek physical limit and then use it in order to fight crime. It's just amazing to me, even to this very day.
Joker. Hands up those of you who don't know about my love affair with the Joker? The dude is crazy, yet highly intelligent, and is probably the deadliest villian of all time. He has no superpowers or hightened abilities, only the power of his unstable mind. What I find interesting about the guy is that he takes it upon himself to have a theme with each crime he commits, sort of taunting the law abiding, and especially Batman. Also the fact that his mind is so unstable he can't even trust it makes me fascinated. At times he can remember being a kid and enjoy the sound of his father bashing his mother as the start of his insanity, while at other times he remembers having a normal life with a pregnet wife, only to have just one bad day and fall into a vat of chemicals and...yeah. GAHAHAHA!
Martain Manhunter. There is just something about a guy being the last of his race alive that has me there. I haven't read any of his comics, but what I have seen *coughJusticeLeaguecough* and read from "Justice League of America" sort of has him pulling at my heart strings.
Wolverine. The guy is Wolverine. What's not to like? :P
Venom. Like Manhunter, I haven't really seen or read much of him, but to a lesser extent. All I know is that he looks damn creepy, and I like it.
Nightcrawler. I just like him *shrugs* Don't ask me why, but I like him. He can teleport and he looks like a deamon, yet he is probably one of the nicer souls of the X-Men universe. Sort of makes you warm and fuzzy inside, no? :P
Usagi Yojimbo. They guy is a masterless samurai who is like a bunny walking on his hind legs. He is cool, trying to do the right thing where he can, yet while he can be pretty scary at times he has a sense of humor. Goooooo USAGI! :D
