Create a Street Fighter character that would fit into SF IV!

I got inspired by Tetsu's new Street Fighter thread. :D

If you could design a new fighter for Street Fighter IV, what would she/he be like?

Basicly, give us a name, fighting style, a bit of character info, some background, and three or four techniques along with two or three special techniques (super moves).
Oh! And a pic too if you can! :)


I'm going to design a character and drop her in here soon. ^_^

We don't know. But, right now we're rather excited about a game Capcom probably has no interest in making. Still there have been rumors, so there is hope.

Anyway,

Name: Azaak

Azaak is an energy draining ghoul that arrived to drain the chi from all the powerful street fighters that have come out for the tournament.

Vampire touch- Quarter circle back+Punch (steals a bit from opponent's health bar)

Ghoul's touch- Quarter circle back+Kick (steals a bit from opponent's Super-Art bar)

Dive attack- Charge Back, Forward + Punch (Like Bison's psycho-crusher)

Supers

Ghoul Bomb- Quarter circle forward,Quarter circle forward + Punch (Projectile that does same thing as Ghoul's Touch and Vampire Touch but takes more energy)

Ghoul Shield- Quarter circle forward,Quarter circle forward + Kick (For a brief time will automatically steal SA energy and vitality if touched, still vulnerable to projectiles, though)

Dive Chaos- Charge Back, Forward, Back, Forward + Punch (A suped-up Dive attack)

Besides that, how about a kid fighter that kicks butt? Mostly all the SF'ers are in their 20's and up.

Sheng Long was made up by EGM as an April-Fools joke based on the translation of Shôyuken into Chinese. (see here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheng_Long))

However, He was the basis for Gouki (AKA Akuma) strangely enough. I mean how weird is that?
