Favourite Story arc?

What is your favourite 2, 3 or 4 part episodes (story arcs)? Mine is Shredder Strikes BACK, P.1 and 2. This is followed closely by Exodus P. 1 and 2. What do you think?

On one hand, the the Scion of the Shredder/Prodigal Son two-parter would get my vote just because I had been waiting all season for Leo and Karai to run across each other, all thanks to the fallout of Exodus.

On the other hand, Shredder Strikes Back was just bloody awesome. While both episodes were heavily centered and two long fight scenes each, neither grew boring, be it Leo's throwing down with the Foot to the TMNT fighting a losing battle, no matter the help they received, against the Shredder and his forces. That whole fight in April's apartment/shop was a just a beauty to behold.

Between the two... I honestly can't choose.

Anyone for City At War? I only have seen one episode from it. It seems like a shame that they didnt make it into a longer arc. What did you guys think of it?

City at War is a great story arc, I loved it.

Here's my top 5:
1. Return to New York arc
2. Shredder Strikes arc
3. Exodus arc
4. City at War arc
5. Shredder Strikes Back arc

1-Return To New York, I would have been happy if that was the season finale.
2-Shredder Strikes BACK-Shredder was just so damn awesome.
3-Exodus- That suit was huge.
4-Reality Check- Don's story was the best.
5-Outbreak/Gamera-Don arc-Although the end seemed a bit rushed, it was still good.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Good Genes or World Collide.

Good Genes is in the Outbreak arc.

And the Worlds Collide arc was cool too. In fact, I should have added Space Invaders/Worlds Collide arc to my list. Those were some great episodes.

What do you think of the City at War story arc? I think it's pretty good, not the best though. Karai is great in it and Stockman delivers some great lines :)
