Which issues should I get?
Which were the best ones?

Future Shark Trilogy and Cyber Samurai issues were all good. Also, the whole thing leading up to the battle for the Turnstone, including the Intergalactic Wrestling Championships with Stump and Sling were good. The story with Bellybomb was my personal favorite. Anyone have the number of that issue?

Issues 1-13 were more or less...meh... but any of them after that is really good...
Future Shark Trillogy, the Mutanimals books, Cyber Samurai, 1492, Blind Sight, Leave Heaven Alone, The Lost World, Howling Of a Distant Shadows, Dreadging the Ocean Blue, Moon Eyes Saga, The Animus War, Terracide, Mutations, ... Basically issues 14-57, 59-70
58, 71-72 are just minor stories about how the turtles got their mask colors (From a Donald Duck comic...) or the origin of their weopons and that April wasn't their first human ally (way to stick it to her Splinter).
But my most favorites are 1492, Mutations, Future Shark Saga, Midnight Sun saga, and Cyber Samurai Saga.
