I was thinking, if you folks wanna see TMNT survive past the supposed cotastrophe that is, "Fast Forward," we should all smile, or moan, but make sure to tune our TV's into TNMNT every Saturday during FF. I stated in another topic some time ago that I don't care if TMNT survives or fails, though I'd prefer it to survive so we can at least see what happens to Stockman, Karai, Casey, April, Bishop. To get to that I assume we have to watch the episodes. However I wouldn't mind a return of the comedic aspects of TMNT like in the 80's.

Who knows though, maybe it'll have some decent stories to tell.

I agree entirely.

Aren't most of the writers from Seasons 1-4 still doing Fast Foward?

If so, I don't see why they'd let us down. Sure, it's a whole season in the future, but I'm looking foward to it.

I very much doubt it'll be anywhere near the disaster that people try to claim it'll be. If anything, it'll be another solid season.

You know what they say, there's a nugget in every turd, and a Greg Wiesman in Goliath Chronicles.

If they can do Turtles in Space just fine, they can come up with some clever things for the Turtles in the future. Heck, I would like to see the Utroms come back. Or the look of the future Foot clan. Should be interesting. I'm staying positive with this.

We may see Bishop in the future too, for that matter. I wonder if they're keeping things under wraps to surprise us.

I definately plan to watch the new season sneak peek starting July 29. I expect nothing less than a great show. Maybe not every episode be great, but I'm sure most will, as with seasons 1-4.

Since, I'm guessing, they didn't fire everyone and replace them with evil clones, I'm hoping for some good stories. I know they can do 'em. So do they, for that matter.

If they are in the future, they can at least include the technodrome. If they bring in a bunch of other crazy things, then why not this too?

The Technodrome is owned by Fred Wolf films as are most of the original TMNT series concepts, a parody or two would be the only time you'd see it.

It's said that the one he did was the only good episode.

Anyway, crappy or not, I'm ready to take it up the pee-hole.

:) I'm glad people are finally starting to see it my way. It absolutely CANNOT be any worse than Mighty Morphin' Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation. It's just not possible. :D

I already said this a long time ago, to which I was answered with this
"It doesn't matter who watches unless it's a Nelson family" bascially a family whose TV viewing counts towards ratings. So it has to please them not us.

LMAO   I agree

speaking of Gargoyals and TMMT comparisons, maybe FF will be really cool, like the around the world from Avalon arc from Gargoyals. That arc was pretty cool and it got rid of most of the main characters for quite a few episodes and introduced other characters in their place, so there is no telling that FF could be like that. I'm just being optimistic here. **shrugs**

Goliath Chronicles isn't canon because Greg Wiesman didn't do it...Disney pissed him off so he left after the first episode. Only the first ep is canon. Which is why it was re-done in the new Gargoyles comic, which is the TRUE season 3 that we should have gotten in the first place. Goliath Chronicles never happened.

From Nielsen:

How do I become a "Nielsen family"?

Nielsen Media Research cannot accept volunteers for its ratings service. To be statistically accurate it is essential that our sample be the result of random selection. Every household in the United States has an equal chance of being selected, no matter where it is located. And, the random nature of the sample ensures that people of all backgrounds and all ages can be included. If Nielsen Media Research accepted volunteers, the composition of the sample might be affected. Our clients – broadcast and cable television networks, local television stations and cable systems, program producers and advertisers – use the information we provide to help make decisions about which programs will be on the air. Our customers would not be able to rely on the information to make appropriate decisions.

Since we do pick our sample on a random basis, you do have a chance to become a Nielsen Media Research household. However, it can only happen from our contacting you.
