Yo folks!

Friday I'll be posting this link for the world to see, but here's your
chance to grab the file before 20,000 other people are going after it.

Unfortunately it's a very large MPG file - almost 19 MB. Technical Guru A.C.
Farley had to struggle with this one to make it available so fast. We may
have smaller files on site in the future for those of you on dial-up
connections... but the cartoon may debut before that happens, so it might
become a moot point. Our apologies to those of you without a hyper-speed
internet connection.

Without further ado, here's a direct link to the site page featuring the

It is going so slow that I don't give away the link yet, But after I have the file, I will post it. Or maybe someone beats me to it...

ok, HOW did you get a screen shot of that Mpg? :evilgrin: every time I try making screen shots of those files (using alt/pntscrn, gimp, caputreit!, etc) I end up with a blank, purple window where the movie is suppose to be playing :(

It's not that simple..to me..I've tried a ton of possible sub-directories but no luck..I had once tried /foxbox and was excited that it was a directory..sadly, it just had 3 images of the actual FOXBOX you can buy... :lol:

Sure, I'll PM you...I went through the video frame by frame, and only noticed one mistake..One part, you see a sillouhette(I forgot how to spell it..haven't used this word in 6 years) of Don and Leo running a long roof tops, and one part, they a jumping (Don is behind Leo) and for one frame, Leo dissappears! Haha! Then reappers a frame later.

Im making a Divx version of it with better resolution and some filters. It plays on media players and looks great on full screen! If you guys want it, I can upload it to my website or put a direct ftp link.

Since Dan uses a Mac, many of thier vid clips are designed for Quicktime. Try playing their original clip in Quicktime if you can get it to work in anything else. :wink:

Howdy folks!

Well, what a fiasco that last clip turned out to be! It almost
knocked down
our server, so we were forced to delete it.

Huge apologies to those of you in the midst of d/l the file - I would
have
left it up, but I wasn't able to upload small files to our server due
to it
being choked with traffic, so removing it was our only alternative.
I'm very
sorry for the mess!

We've now posted two MUCH smaller versions of the opening animation.
These
files are in the QuickTime movie format, so you'll need the latest
version
of QuickTime or the QuickTime plug-in for your browser to see the
movies
(and hopefully these are small enough that you'll actually get to see
them!
=O)

We won't be announcing this to the general public for a week or two,

Yay! I finally got it off the official site! In Quicktime format too! (I think Quicktime is a lot easier to use and better than Windows Media Player. Oh yeah, and the quality is generally better, too.)

It's called

"New Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Intro" and the artist is "FoxBox"

The key words are simple ie: Leonardo, TMNT, Donatello, Ninja Turtles, etc.. And I even added The Technodrome..haha

True. Mov files are generally not better quality than divx, and In this case I seriously doubt it. The mov file is smaler, so it has to have smaler resolution.

Wow, it was actually preety short, the animation is good although it comes out kind of blocky becauese of the small file...

Well the DIVX file gas a stable 15 fps framerate, maybe you should try that.

I compressed in to a smaler file, IF you have divx codec get that. Also there are now smaler files on the official page, but I heard that they aren't really good quality.

Well they edited out the worse parts of the music at least, thats a relief.
it isn't all that terible actually, I like the old theme song more of course but that can neverbe topped... the thing that I hate though is that they repeat the same sequences over and over agian like the turtles kicking at the camera :|
