I am currently catching up on the series i had formerly only owned about 5 issues and am about halfway through the 46 issue run. So far, I'd have to say this is one of my favorite comic of all time. Has anyone else read this comic, or finished the whole run? I'm at about issue 20, is there a lot of good stuff coming up?

Did the story get a proper conclusion, or was there a cliffhanger in issue #46??
Please avoid spoilers :)

lol avoid spoilers to a series thats.. what? almost 10 years old?
the series never had a real conclusion.. well. one that I remember. I would have to go look at my old issues.
If memory serves, the series did conclude by tying in with the other books via an apocalyptic event. I can't recall the real story, but I do know that Spider-Man was dealing with a flood.
My opinion is that Spider-Man 2099 was the best of the bunch. Clearly he was the flagship character and the coolest-looking (Doom 2099 coming in a close second).
I think the entire 2099 line of books was pretty cool. I'm a fan of future stories and I was glad to see that this wasn't a time-traveling thing. What kind of turned me off of the line was the return of the Fantastic Four. I really didn't think they were needed.

You mean one book or the entire 2099 line? Either way, I don't think there was one. It would be nice to have all the stories collected, though. I'm still missing a few SM2099 issues.

I was basically just talking about Spider-man 2099, because thats really the only one i got realllly into, not that the others didnt have some interesting stories. I stopped reading around issue #17 of spidey 2099 despite how good the stories were and how much i was loving it...so basically, i dont know why i havent continued to read the last 20 issues or so:|
Can someone who has read all of them tell me whether or not i have some good, really good, or crappy arcs up ahead of me?

I hope I'm not necroposting, but hasbro recently released a spider-man 2099 figure. Its not as good as the old marvel legends KB exclusive, but its pretty nice.

I have reprints of the first two issues from the "Spider-Man Family" books and I've enjoyed both issues. Wouldn't be surprised if a trade came out sooner or later. They've released Heroes Reborn in trades a few months ago.

I actually have that one, and the Scarlet Spider one. I collected that whole series. The only one I didn't have was the Yellow Daredevil because I didn't care much for DD anyways.
Anywhoz I looked for fun and I couldn't find an 2099 Paperbacks other then Marvel Knights. Give it time. I'm sure one will come out. There's a Batman Beyond one to my surprise that I'm picking up soon. It's only 10 bucks.
