Dang, the skills that the boys learn from the Ninja Tribunal would of come in handy a few years back. All those battles with Ch'rell would of been a piece of cake. I don't think the utrom Shredder could take on the Turtles with those powers. Even alone, Leonardo could very easily defeat the Elite, Hun, and Shredder. Ch'rell was just a very good alien that could control a robotic suit. He would be crushed by the power the green dudes wield. Now the original Shredder on the other hand, we'll have to wait and see.
