TMNT now comes on at 9:30, at least where I live. Just wanted everyone to know, didn't want anyone to miss an episode.

...Some of us want to...

The timeslot is varied, but at least it's stable in other regions, it's hard finding it here

What's confusing is the conflicting schedules.

Yahoo says 9am but I checked the schedule on the tv and it says 9:30... :ohwell:

Great...this means I'll have to get up earlier. :ohwell:

I'll be sure to check the TV schedule later to see how this affects me.

Look on the bright side. By giving TMNT Viva Pinata's slot, Pinata is in direct competition for The Batman in most areas. Meaning, Pinata won't do so well.

Besides... With Kirby on at 9 and TMNT at 9:30... well... I got my hour of the 4Kids network, right there.

9:30 indeed. it's cause of chaotic being taken off the air.

hmmm interesting..you know if Chaotic was an actuall show I don't think it'd be that bad...I sorta dig the animation style.

It wasn't taken off, just removed for the time being. Either they were testing the waters, or (more likely) they bit off more then they could chew, and didn't finish the show on time. That's probably why for 5 weeks, we had half an episodes "preview" and 2 reruns of the first 2 episodes.

Personally, I think ChaotiX is Bullpoo. The character designs are nice, a pretty cool use of flash, but it's just a lame Yugioh ripoff... done, no less by the same company that dubs it and still makes money off of it.

So 4kids put TMNT in direct competition with Pokemon on Cartoon Network and Spongebob on Nick?

Does 4kids WANT the shows ratings to go even lower than they already are?

oh well once a card game always a card game to me...I was just enjoying some interesting monsters on tv...thats all heh I hated the kids on the show.
It was nice to see non anime looking monster on tv for once and non clone looking monsters such as the ones of tmnt 2k3 (booring god I hated that kids designs) I'll take old school wacky mutants anyday.

Hmmm... do kids give a rat's fez about Pokemon anymore? And isn't Spongebob on, like a hundred times a day?

I'm just saying, not having it air at 10:30, direct competition of The Batman is good enough.

Yeah, the characters, monsters anyway, looked pretty damn cool... but looking pretty damn cool doesn't make a show enjoyable. I mean, there are even some YuGiOh monster designs I kinda liked, like Toon Dragon. Even a few Pokemon looked pretty cool to me. And I can't stand either show.

I would buy figurines of that show, if they were Monter In My Pocket/ M.U.S.C.L.E. sized and came in packs. But I tried sitting through onme episode, and I couldn't make it to the 3 minute mark.

Pokemon currently has some of the highest ratings of any show on Cartoon Network. There's a reason why it has an hour on Saturday mornings, as well as another hour on Toonami, as well as an hour across Miguzi from Monday-Friday.

And isn't Spongebob on, like a hundred times a day?

I guess, but Spongebob is still kicking the crap out of TMNT in the ratings on Saturday mornings, so I don't think it was a good move to pit TMNT against two popular cartoons.

Honestly, TMNT's ratings are low no matter what timeslot 4kids puts it on, but it would be better for it to move out of the 9/9:30am bracket.

Checked Yahoo today. Seems that whatever ep is airing on the 25th (it doesn't say) it's on at 11am again.

A lot of people did when Advance began, it was the first time the Japnease writers had bothered with actually trying to give the show a breath of fresh air, but the lack of new games for the usual three year period resulted in the same bland filler. They've rebooted the franchise with another new character to tie into the games (they have this pattern of writing out the game's main characters but keep Ash, Pikachu, Brock and Team Rocket, taking out the INTERESTING ones like Misty and May), but apart from the demographic still caring, not even much of the die-hards are as invested in the series, because it's the same thing, and in contrast to Dragonball Z or Power Rangers, the arcs simply do not shake anything up.
