...wait, didn't we just manage to get our heads around the fact that we have a Lost Season actually coming? No, no I won't accept this. No *starts plotting to write her formal e-mail of curious anger*

*scratches head* What's the problem be here? Either this is something I knew for nearly a week that I'm already desensitized to or people are overreacting. The FAST FORWARD show was split into two seasons of 13, the second batch premiering next Fall. They already aired #11, and there's little chance that 4Kids will go 6 or more months without showing some sort of new TMNT stuff (especially with the movie sparking new interests in the property).

But, by all means, get yourselves motivated enough to write a letter telling them how great an idea it would be for them to premiere The Lost Season in celebration of the movie. Personally, I think snail-mail is a better way to go since it is more personal. If you want to request that they rerelease the DVDs in season sets with the narrated intros to parts two and three of everything, be my guest. I'll be doing just that soon enough. Commentaries aren't a very realistic goal since they'd have to go through so much extra paperwork, but interviews are something they're already familliar with. Part 5 of the Peter Laird interview clips was completely skipped over, BTW. A nice little retrospective documentary about the cast and crew and their stories of working on the show would be great, but even that might be pushing it. If they just complete the episodes that were butchered and condense the number of cases I need to find shelf space for, I'm happy. Bonus materials are just bonus; nice to have, but not necessary.

Rant, rant, rant. G'night!

That is an odd place to have found that considering it was posted on this forum before it was updated on NinjaTurtles.com. There is even a thread, on the front page concering this. In that thread they talk about how the Ninja Tribunal Arc is going to be released in New Zealand in March.

Isn't this old news? I thought we all knew already the DVD listing was yanked.

I find it amusing people honestly believe we'll never get the Ninja Tribunal arc here in the U.S. 4kids and Mirage put tons of money into the production of those episodes, they're not going to throw all that money in the garbage and not make some revenue back from its mainstream audience. (U.S)

I agree that with the last 13 eps of FF delayed till the Fall, and the fact that the new movie comes out in March, I think there's a very likely chance that 4kids pulled the DVD/Comcast stuff because they plan to air the show themselves to hype up the movie early next year.

Not only does it make perfect sense, but to think 4kids is going to leave us with 8 months of reruns is absurd. There would be no reason to delay the last 13 eps of FF if they had nothing planned.

I very much believe we'll see the Ninja Tribunal arc on 4kidsTV around the time the new movie comes out. If I'm wrong, oh well, but I'm sure it'll still get its DVD release over here anyway.

Since I don't have Comcast, I'm sorta hoping the Lost Season DVD will be released sometime next year. If 4Kids decides to cancel the DVD release, I'll be basically missing out when it comes to Lost Season viewing. I trust that this worst case scenario won't come true, cuz 4Kids is gonna disappoint so many freakin' people if it does.

I just recieved an e-mail from Joe Lyons of 4kids today. He said he is working hard to get management to release the Lost Season on DVD.
He also said, for those interested, that The Fast Forward's first thirteen episodes will be released on January 30th, 2007.
Why did I recieve an e-mail from him? Because I e-mailed him and asked him about The Lost Season. :D

Firstly, this is old news, for one. We already had like 8 threads about that when we first heard of it. Secondly... well... A) they are rerunning the crap out of GI Joe Sigma 6 and B) why wouldn't they air the other 13 episodes in January, and just make it 2 different seasons on paper?

Anyway, I would like to have an e-mail adress so I can add to the fan letters, trying to get this on DVD.
